Bob the Baker Boy

I ordered a customised birthday cake for my daughter, and I’m truly impressed! The cake followed the exact image I sent — every detail was perfectly recreated. I had approached many bakers before, but none could do the design I wanted. Bob the Baker Boy made it happen beautifully! The Belgian chocolate flavour was delicious — rich but not overly sweet, just right for both kids and adults. The cake not only looked amazing but tasted great too. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so wonderful. The kids absolutely loved it! Highly recommended for anyone looking for creative and tasty customised cakes. 🎂✨

The cakes exceeded our expectations! Not only did they look great, they tasted amazing too - we ordered the bumblebee birthday cake for my boy! Many of my guests complimented them. Edited comment: The after-service was amazing. No matter what the reason was for the terrible cake we received, the company took the feedback and acted on it promptly. I’m extremely impressed. They picked up the leftover slice of cake which we reported issues and then investigated. On the next day, we received another cake of our choice. 5 stars to Bob the Baker Boy! Original: The cake was a huge disappointment. The cream tasted sourish and smelt bad. A guest said it smelled like vomit. We didn’t eat much of the cake and threw it away. 2 years ago, my son got one through Class 95 and we were very impressed. After 2 years, when asked what type of cake he wanted for his 14th birthday, he requested for that, but well, the standard might have dropped. It was really quite a shock to us.

So disappointed when I ordered the Christmas assorted party set and expecting a mixture of tarts, cupcakes (because some of my friends do not eat cupcakes) but it came all cupcakes. To make it worst, there isn’t any notification at all informing the change of it. The cupcakes were really sweet and too much for the party. Tbh, it’s not my first time ordering - have ordered customised cake before (it turned out average but decided to give it a try again) and definitely the last time ordering. So upset ugh

Ordered an eggless chocolate cake for my wife’s b’day and it turned out to be a tasteless and dry cake instead. The vanilla sponge in the middle tasted like dry bread. Cake was so bad that we ended up throwing it away. Delivery service also disappointing. The delivery rider kept continuously ringing my door bell for no reason, triggering everyone at home and spoiling the surprise for my wife. Doesn’t he know to ring once and wait for someone to collect the cake? Even grab and food panda delivery riders provide better service. Never returning to this shop.
