boulder+ Chevrons

It’s a difficult gym for beginners but I LOVE the space. There’s a lot of room to go with a big group and hangout together. I did a mini birthday party surprise for my partner and the team at Base + Boulder+ were super nice to help coordinate! Love this gym!

Probably the nicest gym in Singapore. Very large with a lot of boulders. Overhangs, slabs, comp wall, this gym has it all. Also has a kilter board, campus wall, and spray wall for training. Large area with multiple tables and a small cafe to accompany it are in the gym as well.

Amazing Bouldering gym, and very big! Very friendly staff and a large range of difficulties! Suitable for total beginners to advanced climbers. The view is also amazing and there are tables available for you to work. They update the walls every 2-3 weeks, which helps keep things interesting!

Visited July 2025 TLDR: excellent bouldering , but the gym’s upkeep could use some attention. If you are purely here for climbing , BoulderPlus would be the place to go. It offers a variety of problems ( route setting is creative) , with a mix of comp-style walls, slabs overhangs . Theres also a power rack , dumbbell section and campus boards for strength training. It also has a lounge area ( easily 20+ seats w tables) to get some work done between climbs. That said , once you look beyond the bouldering itself , the overall experience starts to take a nosedive. There is a visible layer of dust ( not just chalk) , just everywhere , bathroom cleaning supplies left lying around, cobwebs everywhere. The further you move away from the climbing walls , the more neglected the space feels , almost like being in an abandoned mall.

Big spacious gym with plenty of route styles offered. Hangboard, weights section, sitting/chill area, cafe, locker available as well.. Overall 3.5 stars given as the place and the holds were extremely dusty and dirty. Gym could do better in just mopping the area more frequently and taking better care of their climbing holds.

Gym bosses 2 out of 3 of them have been rude and egoistic on the multiple times I've visited both Chevrons and Aperia. The bespectacled grey hair boss shouts and taunts his staff openly and commands other climbers around. He should really …
