Impressions Kids Club

We recently hosted our daughter’s birthday party here. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful during the planning process and every question we had was answered quickly and clearly. On the day of the party, the team had everything set up on time and kept things running smoothly from start to finish. Their efficiency really stood out—they clearly know how to run a fun, well-structured event for kids. Highly recommend Impressions Kids Club for anyone planning a kids’ party!

Had my 3 yo bday party on 1st day of CNY. Aaliyah was super patient and helpful theoughout the process. The team’s service and attention to details exceeded expectations. Took out lots of stress from us and we get to mingle and enjoy the party.

We celebrated the girls’ birthday and everyone had a blast! The kids were so happy with the playground, food and decorations. The staff (Jenn, Tammy, Anne and Liya) who were around to help were extremely attentive and went out all to make sure the party was a success. Thank you and we will be back!

Giving 1 star only because 0 is not an option. We called in advance and were informed that the last entry was at 6:00 pm. We reached at 5:30 pm. • We were 2 adults and 1 child and paid $35. • The place was extremely messy and appeared not cleaned since morning. • Staff behaviour was rude and chaotic—running around without care. My mother and toddler were both pushed, making it feel unsafe, like being in a crowded street with strangers rushing past. • Lighting was dim with several lights switched off. Even an adult would feel uneasy entering, let alone with a child. • Most toys were incomplete, with parts scattered in different areas, making them unusable. • We attempted to use the ball suction game; after inserting just one ball, the power was switched off. When I politely asked about it, each staff member gave a different excuse—faulty, works randomly, fried just yesterday. • The train ride runs on fixed timings, which were never mentioned beforehand. Within 10 minutes, we decided to leave due to safety concerns. The staff’s response was dismissive: “You can leave, no problem, but there will be no refund.” The refund is not the issue. The real concern is child safety. This is not a safe or well-managed environment for kids or parents, and staff with this attitude should not be working in a children’s facility.

Extremely dangerous! My 9 month old baby fell from the 2nd floor because the netting was already broken but not maintained. See video/photo. Already informed staff. Hope they do something. Also noticed some parts on the 2nd floor soft play area with many open screws because the safety cover were gone. Very poor maintenance for a place that wasn't exactly cheap.

Kids were disappointed that the air gun and train ride was down (not repaired apparently waiting for maintenance people to come) At $35 per child per hour with facilities not available is steep and not very fair especially when a similar price at other bigger establishments with more facilities are around. Front desk should inform patrons that some of the facilities are not working and give people the option of deciding whether or not to proceed OR reduce the price. Also there is a no outside food sign but a group of helpers were seen bringing their own food having a birthday party (according to staff). From outsiders point of view, it is very confusing as people won't know if outside food is really allowed or not and maybe in future might also bring their own food even though there is a cafe?
