K.STAR @ Orchard Central

We had just celebrated our baby girl 1st birthday at K.Star Orchard Central, and it the best ever decision after taking a long time to decide. It all started with one day we are shopping around at Orchard Central and we happen to pass by K.Star and met a friendly and cute staff Jenny and another collegue. They are super welcoming and friendly and very cheerful kind, Jenny left her number to me and I contacted her after some time later. She assisted us with so much patient and always give her best answers to me thru the contact of Whatsapp and call. It's quite rare to meet such a enthusiastic staff and the company is lucky to have her as she have excellent customer service. The rest of the staffs is very friendly and is always with smiles thru out our whole session on the occasion. We had book their V PARTY ROOM and we have about 26 pax. We send in our decoration team and also bring our own decoration stuff and our time overrun, ask for Jenny to help and she steadily help us immediately without any unwillingness. We also ordered buffet catering and place right outside our room. This Party room is very spacious, well maintained, clean, and the moment we walk in, it totally blew us off. Very beautiful room. We had a wonderful experience and we will definitely book again and strongly recommend to everyone! Not forgetting to mention they also include free bday simple decoration! And the room have cool disco laser light to play 😆

Celebrated by 30th birthday here! Was pleasantly surprised that Calista did some decorations for me! Calista is a great host and made sure that the party went well. Very thankful for her help! My company event and sister’s wedding after party was also handled by Calista. Service was amazing that’s why I kept coming back. Highly recommend!!

I recently celebrated my wife's birthday at this KTV and it was a fantastic experience! We booked the VIP 888 room and it was well worth the money spent. The room was spacious and had plenty of entertainment options, including a pool table and a dart machine. There were also two sections within the room, each with its own TV. The food and drinks selection was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. We spent close to $1,000 but it was definitely worth it for the unforgettable memories we made. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Overall, I highly recommend this KTV for anyone looking for a fun and memorable night out with friends or family. Thank you for making my wife's birthday celebration so special!

Staff told me over the phone that prices for peak/offpeak will be prorated if the usage duration goes past 8pm. Got charged peak period price across the entire duration instead. karaoke system is terrible for any song that is not english. website linked to phone to queue songs is also atrocious.

Prices are a lie. U will end up spending more than what is mentioned or forces to buy beer for promos. Don't trust the prices u see online, travelled here for nothing. :( More expensive than HAVE FUN KTV even at peak prices. There's a reason why all their rooms are empty!!

I totally do not recommend Orchard Central’s branch. Customer service is poor. Poor understanding of English. Yet despite that, crew served with attitude. Please work on your crews’ proficiency in English. Barged into the room (claiming that door was knocked). Prior to COVID19, other KTV’s crew would gently and slowly open the door to get the bill instead of barging in yet this is how K.STAR’s crew behave in Orchard Central. Extremely disappointed. Room was not even dark, with windows and a pathetic amount of curtain that cannot even cover the whole room (I guess dark curtains for a full room is too expensive for K.STAR). Asked to pay for a bigger room (willing to upgrade the room), was shut off with fully booked when there were many free rooms when I first entered. Staff did not even bother to make an extra effort to check to see if additional arrangements can be made. Who wants to sing karaoke in such an exposed environment, especially in the day. They are not the cheapest in the market. See the pictures for yourself. FYI, they said they will not mention during your booking if your room will suck like mine. Go/reserve at your own risks, especially before the sun sets in the day. Sound system: Limited adjustments. Cannot even adjust echo level which should be the most basic in most KTVs, even in those buy home KTV systems from Powerhouse KTV.
