Huge shoutout to the manager John and server Tanner at Pinstack Entertainment for absolutely saving my birthday celebration! We had originally planned to go putt-putting at PopStroke, but a cold front rolled in last minute and made it nearly impossible to play. On a busy Saturday, the Pinstack manager went above and beyond to help us secure a bowling lane at the last minute—and honestly, it turned the whole day around. Thanks to his quick thinking, professionalism, and willingness to help, my birthday party was saved. Our entire group had an amazing time bowling, hanging out, and enjoying everything the venue had to offer. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were top-notch. This is exactly what great customer service looks like. I can’t thank him enough, and I’ll absolutely be coming back—and recommending Pinstack to others—because of this experience.

We enjoyed celebrating my daughter's 12th birthday. The food was tasty and bowling and arcade areas was fun. The girls really enjoyed laser tag and bumper cars.

I like PINSTACK until I hosted my son's 9th birthday party there. Very unorganized. I had to track down our host, shakes, game cards, napkins, plates, trash...etc way too much. Spending over$500 for 14 kids and not getting help is wild. I won't do it again. They're good for a decent small family outing though. We didn't get our birthday guest gift either.

Third time here and each time has been a different experience. To save time won't go too much into detail... First experience was a company event. Was told we could pay in installments. At the actual event, was told that there was a "miscommunication" and they did not do installments. Had to pay everything up front. Felt like they tricked us. Second experience, birthday party. Waited 2 hours to find out that game cards are given after food and payment. We had another engagement to go to and was not able to enjoy. Not sure if host just didn't read the fine print, but I wouldn't be surprised if Pinstack just had another "miscommunication". Waited another hour or so to at least just get the game card and leave because employees ensured that the game card will still work on a different day. It did not. Third experience. Went with my daughter because she really wanted to do the obstacle course. Read the rules on the sign. Made sure to wear comfy clothes and closed toed shoes. Pinged for staff, staff comes, says that my daughter is not tall enough to participate. At this point another "miscommunication" I suppose that there are no signs anywhere that specify the age limit or height limit. Do better Pinstack.

So we came to celebrate my nephews graduation. My daughter has celiac and this restaurant offers no gluten free options, so we went to a restaurant nearby to grab her food so she may join us in eating and not be excluded. Not only did they refuse to allow her back in, but the front desk girls were so rude to her. Never coming here again
