Shady Springs Party Barn

I never knew this place was tucked away back here. Kind of makes me wanna relive my childhood so I can have my birthday parties here. I brought a large group of middle school students, 10 full school buses!! There was no issue with accommodating all the kiddos or parking for the buses. Shade was everywhere. The kids really had a good time. The bridge to cross for additional parking is a little NARROW for a bus but it's doable

Coolest venue for all types of parties! Lovely grounds, lush green lawn, plenty of shaded areas & picnic tables. 2 pools ,Moonwalks, Barrel trains, ziplines, and professional performers and entertainment . Did I mention that the owners make the best brisket in town?! Book your next event here!

Fantastic place for a company picnic! We had our Union Picnic there, loved it. Very close to the airport and town. But, you feel like you're in a Hill Country paradise in the middle of nowhere. Huge native pecan trees for shade, plus a big open grassy space. A really nice spring fed pool with a deep end at 9 ft deep. A kiddie pool in the shade. Lots of picnic tables under the huge pecan trees. A great place to set up a barbecue spread with lots of tables and much more. Local family owned, very nice. We will be back.

It was a beautiful place for a group event. Though i wish there was more for the smaller kids to go have fun. My kids are under 5 and there wasn't much for them. Other than that the place was really nice. Maybe when the kiddos are older we will go again and see how it is next time!

Our event was incredibly moving and healing as many shared stories to celebrate a dear friend who died too soon. The community of people and the outdoor setting were beautiful, however, it felt intrusive and disrespectful with the nearly constant extremely loud sound of planes taking off from the nearby Bergstrom airport. I am not sure if people paying for your space are warned ahead of time in your contract. If not, given the high price for this space, my hope is you will include this information so they can choose another venue or utilize your nice indoor space.

Not a great location. There was a roped off condemned house on the property and parking was down a very narrow road in a field. The putt-putt was also small and not well put together.
