Went for the handbuilding class a couple months back and finally got our goods! Overall, my partner and I were extremely satisfied with the entire workshop & how our products turned out. Sin Yong and his team were very helpful in guiding us throughout the entire workshop. He was also very flexible in letting us try the spinning wheel for fun even though it was not part of our package. Overall, lovely staff and cosy atmosphere, kudos to the team!

Magical. It was like taking a grounding walk through the forest in the morning; calm, peaceful and filled with amazement. Our instructor, Grace, was patient, meticulous and reassuring throughout the whole time. I have discovered an activity that demands my whole presence in the moment! Yahoo!

it was a fantastic experience for both my partner and I as the instructors were clear, patient and allowed us to handle the wheel throwing ourselves which I really liked! When my mug had a little issue, they also helped me by informing me that they would help me touch it up and do a reglazing again, which I thought was wonderful. With the small class sizes and the option to basically create whatever vessel you desire, I will most definitely come back here again for the experience! 10/10! :D

Horrendous collection experience. While I had enjoyed the 3-hours experience of wheel throwing, the process of collection was very bad. Made an appointment the week before, for pottery collection on 1st April 2025, at 3:30pm. Reached early at 3:10pm. Message them, no reply. Waited till 3:30pm, still no one. Tried ringing the door bell and knocking on the door. No response. Tried pushing the door, it's is locked. Tried calling at 3:50pm. To my surprise, the phone rang in the locked studio. Bruh. Only managed to collect my pottery after contacting their other outlet at 4pm where they remotely opened the door for me. As evident from previous reviews, this is not the first time the studio have forgotten collection appointments. To new customer, do double confirm your collection appointment with them and if they do not respond on the date of collection, do contact their other outlet. To management, please fix your administrative side.

If you are single, do NOT join the wheel throw trial class as there are too many student in pairs. I've been arranged to sit at the end of the class despite being early. the instructor doesn't seems to be awared of my presence and was briefing the class with her back facing me until I have to nudge at her that I'm part of the class. unfortunately, the real disappointment kicks in during hands-on. I was conveniently forgotten as she only stays within the group "cluster" no matter how hard I tries to get her attention. thankfully the assisting staffs noticed my desperation and came to my aid. showed and guided me. the instructor only came over during the last 1.5hr to check-in with a subtle mocking tonality about the differences between my handling and hers. well, I paid $70 yet I didn't learn anything from her right at the start. ok.. maybe 10min towards the end for one on one to see how she mould and shape to what I want. the assistants did way better in this case!!! I am not sure if she is aware of my attendance as she did mentioned that I did not sign up package but only this trial class? hello.. Arudio?? I left at 4.20pm including washing, labelling, etc. $70 for 10min with instructor towards the end of class. nutshell: unless you are vocal and dare to seek help from any assistant. can still risk it for 2 hours hands on experience. I did not take photos of the end products since its not exactly made by me. however I do enjoy the hand building class!!!

Would rate zero if possible. Signed up for the short classes (5 lessons) a while back. Very little guidance given. Some guidance was given during the first lesson. From the second lesson onwards, most part of the 3 hour lesson, the instructor was pretty much absent- either teaching the trial class, doing her own things, or even eating lunch in another room in the studio. Only saving grace is that if you call out to the instructor, she will come over to help you. The so called glazing lesson is just a one or two minutes explanation on how to glaze, and thereafter left to do your own painting. A total waste of money and time attending the short classes. I have since signed up for classes at another pottery studio - the experience was totally different and proper and structured guidance was given. As such, feel strongly to write this review.
