Ben & Jerry's

This place is my go-to for excellent ice cream. And I always end up having a scoop of Chocolate Mint ice cream and a scoop of Coffee ice cream in a dipped waffle, which is my "comfort food" at Ben & Jerry's. I also like coming to this Ben & Jerry's outlet in Vivocity as its seating area is a nice place to chill and to do some "people watching." Service at this Ben & Jerry's is always good - friendly and courteous. And the dining ambience? No complaints from me, as I have already described earlier.

crowded but was still able to get a table, and when done let a family of 4 knew so they could take it ... loved B&J Sweet Cream & Cookies, and their Chocolate Therapy was pretty damn good, too 😄 👍🏻 …

The waffles and ice cream do not disappoint. Tastes super good together. The waffles come warm and freshly cooked with crispy edges while being soft inside.

Lousy customer service. Lady in pink is super rude n even scolded my kid for touching the fridge door. We reach at 950pm n she still serving us but told us she closing at 10pm after ice cream was served. We had to rush thru to eat while her staff was busy packing up chairs n sweeping floor infront of us. When we almost finish eating the lady in pink was like a guard dog looking at us n give us the can u leave soon kind of face. Totally disgusted by their service.

2/8/2025. Just ordered two shakes. The lady making it, is not wearing gloves. Using her bare hand to make the shake, reaching into the containers to get ice-cream, and worse using them to press down and close the lid on the cup. V unhygienic. When I asked her why she was not wearing gloves. She just walked away. Lots of staff, but utter chaos. Oh, the milkshakes were very runny.

First hand experience on how atrocious this establishment is with such terrible service staffs, employees were rude and slammed the ice-cream cups down, no manners and super impatient (especially the short red lady) please save your money and don’t ever patronise this location
