A Memorable and Creative Birthday Treat at Cocoart We visited Cocoart for our daughter’s birthday treat, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of her celebration. She was absolutely thrilled to be able to create her own Cinnamoroll-themed bowl, and we were just as delighted to watch her fully immersed in the experience. The studio provided a very comfortable and stress-free environment, which made the entire session enjoyable for both kids and parents. What stood out most was the patience and attentiveness of the instructors. They took the time to guide her step by step, answering her questions, helping with the trickier parts, and always encouraging her creativity. The space was clean, well-organised, and thoughtfully set up for young artists to feel at ease while working on their pieces. It’s not just about painting an item and taking it home—Cocoart makes it a truly hands-on and fulfilling creative experience. Highly recommended for families looking for an interactive activity, a unique birthday outing, or simply a way to spend quality time together. We left with a happy child, a beautiful handmade keepsake, and wonderful memories we’ll hold onto for a long time. Would definitely return.

My daughter and I came by today after lunch. There was only one staff manning the store. Soon after more customers came in, wanting to do some craft work as well. There was no queue management and the staff was not proactive in managing customers. Given that guidance needed to be provided to customers, please consider having more staff on weekends so that there is more effective crowd management. Other than that, my daughter and I enjoyed the craft work very much.

Went all the way to Westgate to be told off that we can’t do slime making .then when I explained to the staff that I came all the way here to do this she told me ok you can join another person to do it when the whole shop was empty .i understand it was booked for an event but only 3 hours after us .very disappointed behaviour

It's such a waste of time. When we went there they said it would take an hour, but when we went back they said it would take another half hour. It's such a waste of people's time.
