Super awesome snow experience for both my kids. Where else in Sg can u find a Snowy place to have fun. On an extremely hot day, this is a perfect 'Getaway' for us. Super cold and fun environment, my kiddo played the small snow slide at least 10x. Good trial experience for them as well. Its probably a 1.5-2 hours max, good enough for us.

Went during weekday. Nobody except us and another family. There is a 10% discount for SAFRA. The staff were very friendly and absolutely helpful. I paid $80 for 1hr (+bumper car) for 2 adults and 1 child. It was absolutely worth it because for them to bring down a 36degrees climate to sub-zero temperature is an immense feat on its own. I don't think the entry price I paid was enough to pay for the electricity bill. It is not a big place but we got the thrill which we sought - some snow fun, and sub-zero temperature. The bumper car was my daughter's favourite. The downside is the phototaking policy. No phototaking and videotaking. I thought it was for safety but realised it was very safe within the premise. The photographers took about 50 photos while we were inside. there were two options: •$88 for all the digital copies, or, •$100 for all the digital copies + snow globe and 2 printed photos. While it seems more valuable for the latter, if not for the milestone of my daughter's 3yo birthday, I wouldn't have bought it. It is simply overpriced drawing a comparison to those at USS or GardenByTheBay....

Disappointing Experience with Ridiculous Photography Policy While the design and activities at Snow City are enjoyable, the no personal photography policy completely ruined the experience for me. Visitors are prohibited from using their phones or cameras to capture memories, which feels absurd given we come here precisely to make those memories. Instead, you’re forced into a photography setup that feels like a scam. Photographers are stationed everywhere and stop you the moment you take out your phone. The picture prices are outrageous: $88 for two printed photos or $100 for digital copies. We were told we’ll get 45 pictures. In reality, there are only about 8-10 unique pictures, with the rest being duplicates in different templates. To make matters worse, picture prices are not displayed in any obvious manner. Is this even legal in Singapore? The ticketing system also seems flawed. There are options for 1-hour or 2-hour tickets, but no one checks how long you stay. Just buy the 1-hour ticket since it’s cheaper. On the positive side, the facility’s design is nice, the activities are enjoyable, and the boots and jackets provided are warm and comfortable. Rental gloves were decent too. However, the largest ice slide isn’t accessible for kids under 7, which is understandable as it’s pretty fast. Ultimately, my biggest frustration is really with the photo policy. I wouldn’t mind paying an extra $5 on the entrance fee if it meant I could take my own pictures freely. Instead, I spent the whole time sneaking around to capture moments. This ruined what could have been a fun family outing.

⭐ 1/5 — Disappointing Experience, Not Worth the Price It really feels like a scam for visitors. We bought the ticket package for $27, which included 1 hour of snow play and one ice bumper car ride. It seemed fair at first, but once inside, there were several hidden charges — $2 for a locker and $6.60 for gloves. The photography part was the worst. There was no proper advice or notice about photo charges before entry. Staff took photos inside and only at checkout did we find out that you need to pay $50 to get 2 printed photos and unlimited soft copies. If we had known earlier, we could have posed and taken better pictures since personal phones aren’t allowed inside. Altogether, we ended up spending around $101, and honestly, the attractions were very limited. Not worth the time or money. The experience really needs more transparency, better communication, and fair pricing.

Ridiculous photography policy. We couldn't even take photos of our own for keepsake. $88 for 2 pictures and digital copies???? Was told that since we did not have a lot of pictures taken by their photographer (about 42, of which MANY WERE JUST REPEATED SNAPS OF THE SAME "MOMENT") they would give us a discount of $60, which to me, still isn't justified. You would expect the pictures to come out EXTRAORDINARY but honestly it's as basic as it can be. They didn't even have a list of the prices for the purchase of photos....suspicious..... I'd rather get charged an extra $5 for tickets and take my own pictures, free will. I think my pictures look better (beauty is in the eye of the beholder). We also got screamed at by one of the photographers bc we took 1 picture btw. 1 PICTURE. As if that one picture is gna melt all the ice........ We came at 4-5, 1h snowtime or wtv.... but the slides were closed at 4:45. NOWHERE DID IT STATE THAT SLIDES WERE CLOSING 15 MINS BEFORE CLOSING TIME (but correct me if i'm wrong). So we ended up paying for 45 mins instead of the whole hour. Double upset because not like we could take pictures in the remaining 15 mins because of the policy..........so we ended up leaving. Don't even bother considering for the bumper car ride because it was truly underwhelming (for the thrillseeking adults). It could only move backwards?????? But to be fair, it was mainly for kids. The only plus point was the slides and glacier luge because they were genuinely fun. However, that experience got cut short too. Upsetting.
