Cow Play Cow Moo is a claw machine and arcade game venue with decent game selection, but it suffers from severely inconsistent and predominantly poor staff attitudes across multiple locations. Reviews reveal frequent complaints about rude, dismissive, and unhelpful staff behavior, unfair machine manipulation, and questionable business practices, though a small number of positive experiences highlight that good service is possible when the right staff members are present.

The staff at hillion mall despite being a relatively small outlet was very attentive and helped all the customers whenever there was a request via the QR code. Would recommend everyone to give the outlet a shot whenever free, applicable to people of all ages. Will definitely be coming back again!

Visited this outlet on 10Dec25 and 13Dec25. The counter staffs are extremely rude! CCMM management please look into improving the standard of your counter ladies. Two encounters and the consistence poor and rude attitude display a lot of the quality of the staffs.

Worst staff attitude ever. I am not expecting 5 star customer service from an arcade, but at least treat the paying consumers with some decent respect as you would with any other human being. All of them have such black face as if the customers owe them something and are terribly unfriendly. And this is not even a one off event, its every time I visit the outlet. I wanted to exchange my cards for tickets but no staff attended to me although at least 3 of them saw me waiting there. 80% of the time when you ask for assistance for the games eg. Refilling tickets/card error/etc, they also throw you such a displeased look. Isnt this what you are paid to do though? I also try not to bother the staff as much as possible, but the machines are clearly not failproof and often have issues. Furthermore, in the midst of redeeming my prize, the lady at the counter just suddenly lifted her phone up to take a picture of me without saying anything. Is nt is basic courtesy to ask for the customer's permission or at least tell them that you have take a picture as part of their SOP for higher valued items? Needless to say, I continued playing despite the staff's problematic attitude as they have good games with attractive prizes in hopes of cpcm management looking into this and improving the quality of their manpower. However, the staff's attitude did not improve and in light of the recent changes in the card machines (where you can earn way lesser tickets), I have decided to end my patronage with cpcm. I am pretty sure others have had similar experiences. Just imagine the amt of customers lost due to the staff's horrible attitude (that is not only at hillion, but also other outlets)..

The manager’s behavior was unacceptable. The claw machine was confirmed to be faulty by multiple staff members, but since there was no technician available, the manager dismissed their input and gaslit us, insisting we were given the wrong information. Instead of addressing the issue, he rudely overruled the other staff and brushed us off. He even suggested that we wait all night to see if another customer wins to “prove” the machine was working. When I asked him to demonstrate it himself, he admitted he couldn’t win—so doesn’t that prove the machine is faulty? The whole interaction was ridiculous. We weren’t asking for unreasonable compensation—just some honesty and effort. I even suggested checking the CCTV, as we spent $120 on a machine that didn’t work. But to gaslight and dismiss us so rudely is incredibly frustrating and insulting. We’re reasonable people, and if he had shown even a small effort or offered token of goodwill, we would have been satisfied. That’s what customer service is about. His attitude, however, was completely irresponsible. CPCM management: please consider promoting the staff who were helpful, respectful, and empathetic throughout this ordeal. They truly did their best to assist us and expedite the situation. The contrast between them and the manager was stark. We’ve been supporting CPCM for over a decade since the Suntec McDonald’s days, and this is not how any customers should be treated. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the customer experience. We only want a fair and respectful environment. So disappointed in the manager wearing specs and supervisor (Burmese) we encountered (in video)
