Hihi, I would like to share my experience in Hougang One CPCM. It's like a family feel kind of arcade i must say. The manager, Hui Jie, staff, Shirley, ShiTing and IT Nazario are friendly and will always have conversations with customers. Although, at times may only have 2 staff, but they will try to help one another as much as possible even though they are 'supposed' to station in their own 'territory' in order not to have long waiting time for customers. Kudos to them! 👍

My family and I enjoy playing in CPCM Hougang 1. The staffs - Cat, Loga, Shirley and Tony are Nice, Friendly and Helpful. Best team work. Nice happy atmosphere.

21st September 24:- drop to 3 stars from 5. About 2-3 months back. I make the review below regarding about the air-conditioning in HG1. Today I'm back here again and the air-conditioning is still not done. Very disappointing. All customers are still complaining about the air-conditioning. It's so stuffy and warm. No wonder business is not so good. Time to reflect yourself BOSS OF CPCM. Have you even make a trip down to take a look and feel it for yourself. Updates: What happened to the HG1 branch?! You can't feel any aircon, it's not even cool not to mention about cold. Now it is so warm!! 9 months back, when I was here with my family, it was perfectly fine and had lots of fun. Now, after playing less than 15 minutes, I'm sweating. The rest of the players too!! All sweating and complaining. "BOSS OF CPCM PLEASE DO SOMETHING AND SPEAK TO THE HG1 MANAGEMENT" I can see many players complaining, but nothing was done. Your business CONFIRM will be deeply affected. 9 months ago"- This neighbourhood cpcm branch is located in hougang 1, although it's not as big compared to other branches, me and my family and I enjoy playing there often. The staffs Cat, Loga, Shirley and last but not least the technician are very friendly, kind and helpful. They will always be there for you when help is needed. Keep up the good work team and best teamwork in the outlet so far.

We stopped coming many months and returned today. Suddenly i remembered why we stopped coming. Hate the feeling of being scammed. Played the dream train, got the dream train activated and the whole trolley of coins fell. THEN ERROR E10. Guy came, Opened the ticket machine, closed it, left. The jackpot coins all dropped down and not a single ticket came out Guy explained must put coin after that. Which he did not tell us earlier. But i rmb last time same thing happened. Even though we had existing coin credit inside, E10 occurred. Jackpot train = 0tickets. So the guy basically wanted to close case asap. We approached another lady staff to explain the incident. The guy quickly came gave us 100 tickets, equivalent to 10 coins dropped. However the truckload of coins is easily many times more! When he came, he clearly saw theres an unusual stack of coins, and the loud crash of the sound. Yet there was accusatory tone to tell us off that it is only one off compensation. Come on, 100 tickets is worth less than 10cents in cpcm!! There has to be a better way of handling. As grown ups, we know there is no chance of profit when playing in CPCM. We play because of the experience of joy and excitement. The feeling of being Robbed of the joy is worse than not winning at all. Basically, a scam machine. And the fact the same machine and same unit is still here, displaying the same erroneous code after so many months.. Means it has generated incredible profit for cpcm.

I am one of your regular customer in Hg1 , my husband who use to play there. Your Myanmar guy manager is very rude and he doesn't attend to my services when I asked him when is my last prize for the Labubu for 2 months still not received yet and also I redeem the cat's fountain and I asked him for help n he asked me to check myself and I lost my receipt, he insist saying must have receipt then he refused to check for me and I am so mad with him. Can the management do something about this issue?
