Excellent fun for the whole family. Slides, ball pits, a "sandpit" with tiny wooden blocks and digging toys, a bouncy castle area, a miniature train that runs for 15 minutes at set times (each ride is about 2 minutes long), a small supermarket for pretend shopping (closed by 7.30pm when we went)... plenty of bang for your buck. Slippers provided for patrons to reach toilet at the back left corner. Food service available, along with ice-creams and lollipops.

"A Great Experience at Kiztopia Marina Square on New Year's Day!" Visited Kiztopia at Marina Square, and it was bustling with activity on New Year’s Day! Despite the crowd, the staff were professional and efficient, ensuring smooth entry for everyone. Inside, the team worked diligently to maintain both tidiness and safety, especially around the building block area, which was much appreciated. The playground itself is spacious with a variety of activities, including a bouncing castle, train rides, and block building, keeping the kids entertained for hours. Parents will also appreciate the seating areas within the playground, allowing them to relax while keeping an eye on their little ones. Highly recommended for families looking for fun and safe indoor activities!

We had such a wonderful time at Kiztopia Marina Square! The playground is huge with so many different play zones – from the big ball pits and mega slides to the pretend play areas like the supermarket and kitchen. My kids were entertained for hours and didn’t want to leave. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and I appreciate that there are areas suitable for both toddlers and older kids, so everyone has something to enjoy. Staff were friendly and helpful too, which made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and safe indoor playground. Definitely worth a visit!

We came during the sch hols so it was crowded, there were trash here & there. There was no restriction for the train so really big kids (like prob p5?) were also riding & stretching their hands out while the train was moving - the staff …

If you open your eyes, this place is starting to feel like a gambling den. How many fun claw machines are there slotted within the playground, among kids, between play areas? I wouldn't want my kid to visit this place filled with scheming strangers, it doesnt feel right and safe. If this is how they are expanding, its a sad world they've built for kids, a casino disguised as a playground. Also, the ball pit gets stucked with crap like hairs but how regular do they clean? Also using KOLs who may not give much thought to market their place

Total Rip-Off: $85 Lost & Appalling Service This was an extremely disappointing and overpriced visit. We paid $30 for an express ticket which the staff refused to honor. Then, to avoid disappointing my child, I was forced to pay an additional $55 for entry. This is predatory business practice. The minimal Halloween decorations did not justify the cost. To make matters worse: • The system allowed us to book a ticket that was apparently invalid. If you don't allow express tickets, don't sell them! • The front desk staff took zero accountability, citing a blanket "right to decide" for disputes. • They refused to refund the $30 ticket. This combination of poor value, misleading ticketing, and abysmal customer service cost us time and money. I don’t recommend !!
