Outpost Climbing is an excellent kids birthday party venue with well-trained, patient instructors who excel at engaging children and building their confidence on age-appropriate climbing walls. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers dedicated Fun Zone areas for younger children, seamless organization, and impressive food options that exceed expectations.

Had my son's birthday there, the kids were aged 5-10 with most kids under 7. We had really good instructors/ guides. Special shout out to Ashley who was particularly good with the kids! All the kids had fun and wanted to climb more after the party. Thanks!

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday party at Outpost Climbing and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The organisation was seamless, and everything ran so smoothly that we could just relax and enjoy the day. The climbing facilities are top-notch — safe, well-maintained, and exciting for the kids. The food was absolutely amazing, far exceeding what we expected for a party — everyone was raving about it! I also really appreciated the team’s flexibility in accommodating our needs and making sure everything worked out perfectly. Highly recommend Outpost Climbing for anyone looking for a unique, fun, and well-run venue for kids’ parties (or even just a great day of climbing). Thank you for making it such a memorable celebration!

100 Stars and Beyond! ✨ I threw an epic party for 25 guests at Outpost Climbing, and it was a knockout success despite the age range spanning from 6 to 71! 🎉 The venue exceeded expectations. Level 1 provided a spacious and safe environment where we had our safety briefing, and then we seamlessly transitioned to different zones: a cozy dinner area in the function room for some and thrilling climbing challenges for others. The high elements offered a perfect balance of difficulty, challenging even for seasoned climbers while remaining manageable for the kids. The place itself was immaculately clean, inviting, and most importantly, felt secure throughout our event. Bonus points for the booking process! It was seamless and efficient, made even better by the fantastic support from the staff. They were attentive, helpful, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Outpost Climbing's versatility is truly impressive. It caters to all ages and interests, making it ideal for anything from team-building sessions to birthday parties. If you're a seasoned climber looking for a challenge, level has intense bouldering walls and advanced routes. 🚀 It's a true gem – I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

sent my child to the lv1 fun guided lesson. may have went in with too high an expectations thinking the guide would actually share and guide my child more. However it felt like just a staff following my child at an indoor playground. Parking is also extremely limited in the area.

Terrible customer experience at this place. The staff showed a poor attitude and no urgency in handling bookings. We were already in their system from the morning session, yet they delayed the process instead of helping us make the most of the short time available. No initiative, no clear communication — just slow service that made things worse. Accessibility is also an issue; parking is limited and inconvenient. We left feeling completely dissatisfied and frustrated. As the person acting as a team lead or manager, if you know there’s limited time while still charging a full rate, you should already know how to handle the booking efficiently. Instead, you chose to delay the process, leaving even less time for your customer. If you are truly a manager, you should know better — trying to charge full price with poor service and attitude only reflects badly on you and the business. They don’t deserve even one star — if Google allowed it, I would give none.

Been here few times because the kids love the place but there is a particular guy who work there at 920pm on fri 5 dec wearing green. He more than one occasion should just quit his job. He seems to either hate the job with black face. No customer service. He is not friendly to customer. While my kids on the 2nd floor. While others allow me to just see them. This guy dont even care. Bad experience to frequent customer, very bad experience
