Peach Garden @ Thomson Plaza is a reliable Chinese restaurant with an excellent à la carte buffet option offering great value, particularly during promotions (50% off). While the food quality is generally consistent with fresh ingredients and signature dishes like Peking duck and wasabi prawns earning praise, service quality is inconsistent—ranging from exceptional staff to inattentive service—and the venue can become noisy with large group bookings.

Would like to specially thank Michelle for the impeccable service. We had the private room and the setup was perfect. The restaurant just renovated the private room and there’s KTV, max can accommodate 4 tables but they allowed us to use it for 3 tables. Food was perfect, our guests really enjoyed the food, especially the roast duck, fish is fresh and the yam paste was not too sweet. They served individual serving for the soup, dessert, noodles which I appreciate and portion is generous too. Will definitely recommend for big family gatherings and parties.

The 50% off buffet is extremely worth the price, amounting to around $40 (including gst and service charge) per pax. Each dish can be ordered 3 times, excluding some dishes that can only be ordered once such as the buddha jump over the wall soup. Additionally, 7 and more pax per table will receive a free peking duck except for weekends i think. Some dishes that i personally recommend that we ordered more than once are the drunken prawn, roasted pork, blueberry scallop, passionfruit duck and the fried fish. I would recommend to get fried rice to share as white rice will result in additional charges. Very value for money especially in a large group setting with good food.

Came when there's a promotion for 50% off total bill, until 31 Jan 2026. Dining time was 7:45pm - 9:45pm, where last order was at 9pm. Whats weird was, the portions initally came pretty small, for a full table of 10 pax. But afterwards, it came as a bigger plate. The wait time for dishes were pretty long. That even the next table (with 10 pax as well) that ordered after us, had their food served. While our table was still empty. After first dish was served, it took about 20-30mins for next dish to be served.

Would give 0 stars for food if possible. 6 Pieces of spring onion for a whole peking duck, pay additional for another 6 pieces of spring onion, honeydew and cucumber. Everything on the buffet menu was insanely salty. Ee Fu mian was …

Was here for their weekday dinner buffet. We ordered almost every dish on the menu to try, and to our surprise, the best item we had was the rocket salad with cherry tomato. 😒 Most of the other dishes were battered, salty, tasteless, or oily… overall very disappointing. The service was another letdown. We started dinner with the appetiser (salad) and steamed prawns. After some time of waiting for the next dishes, waiter “D” came over to clear the plates and made a remark that we “ate so quickly” and had “probably been starving since morning.” It felt rude and offensive, definitely not what we expected. A bad dining experience for us. Peach Garden’s food and service standards are no longer what they used to be. For the price paid, you could easily get better food, even at a zi char stall in a kopitiam.
