Had a great event here. Venue can easily host 200 pax and everything went well. Has a stage and banquet area. Service was excellent. And they were able to accommodate our requests when planning for the event. Food was delicious too.

As a volunteer, I recently organised a lunch outing for 140 long stay patients from hospital and nursing homes over 2 weeks at Rasa Istimewa Safra Jurong. I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable—staff members were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The food was tasty and the portions are generous. Good job to Serena, Joe, Chan and team for a job well done.

Takes long to serve during rush hour at lunch time. and not sure why they keep adding chilli to my Maggie goreng when specified not to. ps my colleague's finished meal. I haven't received my non chilli Maggie goreng. okay i add back one star as they gave free ice cream for the delayed service.

We had dinner on 9/Feb/2024. The steam fish was rubbery. The prawns were not fresh. The other dishes were passable. The service was chaotic.
