Both Tina and Nicole always provide the best service when my family and I visit the restaurant for a meal. They always go beyond their duty to make our visit to Sushi Tei a pleasant one!

Service was terrible. Ordered gyozas and waited for almost an hour and it never arrived. Asked the staff for help but instead got ignored. The food was good tho

Food portions are totally NOT worth the price. Average tasting dishes. 3 slices of wagyu beef shabu for close to 40$. Thats the price of a full yakiniku buffet in japan. You might as well go donki and buy a full plate! Came here for my birthday dinner. The guy waiter was clearing our table even when I was eating, and expected us to help him with giving him our cleared dishes, it was very unpleasant. Definitely wont visit again.

Dunno what happen , also price don’t match the quality and quantity. Service is lacklustre, been regular since it’s Serangoon time . This Reno at Jem did NOTHiNG to make me wanna come again. What’s a disappointment. Brand dilution, nothing authentic than just spamming sesame oil 🤨
