From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Javier took the time to explain everything clearly, helped the kids with the games, and made sure every small detail was well taken care of. Throughout the entire celebration, he constantly checked in to ensure everything was running smoothly — from setting up the party area to assisting with the cake-cutting and group activities. His cheerful attitude and patience really made all the children feel comfortable and happy. As parents, we were very impressed by his enthusiasm and genuine care. We had an amazing experience at Timezone Waterway Point for my child’s birthday party! The arcade was vibrant and packed with fun games that kept the kids entertained for hours. The party room was well-organized, and the 80 minutes of unlimited play was a huge hit. A special shoutout to our party host, Naimi, who was absolutely fantastic! Naimi was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. My 3-year-old really loves this place, so it’s a must-visit whenever we are at Waterway Point. There’s a good variety of games that keep a toddler entertained for quite a while. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because it gets incredibly crowded and loud, especially on weekends, which can be a bit overwhelming with a small child. It’s also on the pricier side, so we usually only top up when they have the "double up" promotions to get better value. Definitely a fun spot, but much better if you can go during off-peak hours.
