Special mention to Nora, who was stationed at the self-service checkout counters on 14 January at around 10:30am. I was with my 1.5-year-old toddler and my elderly mother, and Nora immediately noticed the situation. She kindly offered my mum a seat while I scanned and paid for our items, reassuring her that it was perfectly fine to sit and rest. My toddler was a little fussy, and Nora even took the time to joke and interact with him, which really helped. At the same time, she continued to efficiently usher other customers, was very knowledgeable about the ongoing offers and discounts, and attended promptly to any counters that needed assistance. She also helped us with our payment when my mum wanted to use vouchers. All this was done with a genuine smile and great patience. Truly commendable service! thank you, Nora, for making our experience so pleasant.

One of the worst NTUCs in Singapore. Apparently the customer service is always empty and you have to queue at the cashier instead to get customer service. Even staffs that are idling around did not help and asked me to go queue at the cashier instead. What a waste of time and so inefficient!

Why display discount if it does not work. The cashier aunty tried scanning from my hp and then from her vouchers booklet, still unable to go through. Wasted my time picking up these 3 packets of kway teow value $1.60 each. I could have picked up another brand at lower price. The aunty was trying hard to read and kept asking if I had taken the right product. Erm, hello I am not stupid lah! Then she looked at me and repeat “cannot ler”. Am I supposed to know what went wrong on your side? I also bought soya drinks and used voucher-no issue. Pls look into this and train your staff on what to do when issue like this arise.

Very rude and moody aunty at self checkout counter. Asked about something nicely she just brushed it off very quickly. Another male employee came to assist but seemed unwilling. Overall very unpleasant experience.
