Heartbeat @ Bedok is a large, well-maintained community center with diverse facilities including swimming pools, sports courts, library, and food options, making it suitable for family activities. However, reviews lack specific mentions of dedicated kids birthday party spaces or services, focusing instead on general community amenities. Infrastructure issues like poor bathroom maintenance and parking congestion during peak hours may impact overall experience.

Loved it, had gone for their bouncy Castle. Kids loved it. Best part is they keep on organizing something or other for everyone. Nice location.

This place everything you need to be happy. A big library with lots of seating, a huge swimming pool (maybe it's 50M?), badminton courts, gyms, table tennis, a piano to play in the courtyard (though it's a bit out of tune), right beside a large hawker center with so much yumminess! There are restaurants, a large wet market (with great prices) and a rotation of street vendor-style shopping. A lot of fun.

The Heartbeat@Bedok, a 7-story building, is built from a unique, planned work of art which reflects innovation for modern community-centric facilities. It is accessible to Bedok (MRT) station, bus interchange, and nearby commercial malls, making it easier for residents to come by to enjoy the facilities and participate in community programmes to enhance their quality of life. It contains the following: • Swimming Pool • Sports Hall • Badminton Courts • Gymnasium • Tennis Courts • Active Health Lab There are weekly exercises for residents to develop active, healthy, creative, learning and forward-looking lifestyles through resident and community-centric programming. It contains an impressive array of passive environmental controls. The result of this system is an environmentally friendly building centred on reduced energy consumption and lower building operation and maintenance costs.

The male bathroom at 4th lobby C water pressure was low, flow rate is not suitable for bathing and pressure to close so fast that couldn't get a comfortable shower. The male's at 6th gym equally bad maintenance, 2 urinal bowl, 1 shower room out of 2, and the wall fan were all out of order for months. Feedback letter written yet no action taken! How to promote active living when the basic hygiene needs are not taken care of!
