⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at this indoor playground! The place is clean, fun, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Nadda and Shaheda — they are so nice, friendly, and welcoming, and they really made our visit enjoyable. The kids had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and safe place for children to play!

I had an amazing experience at HomeTeamNS T-Play Bukit Batok! The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Special thanks to Hazira, Fauzan, and Ikbal for their outstanding service — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable for everyone. The place was clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it a great spot for both kids and parents to relax and have fun. You can really feel the team’s passion for creating a welcoming environment. Brought my kids to T-play Bukit Batok. It was lovely, very well maintained and hygienic. Kept my children very entertained! The playground’s theme is also very unique and they even have a crafts table very fun. But when i arrive at the place, I have overheard one chinese boy and one malay girl gossiping about another person. The way they were speaking to me was also very sassy! I assume they are just teenagers from the way they talking to each other but I find it unprofessional to be spending work time gossiping when a customer is present, especially with children around! Their conversations have included a negative personal remarks and speculation about their fellow coworker! I thought T-play is supposed to be a cheerful place! Not supposed to have disrespectful employees. Plz teach your employees to be kinder! other than that i was satisfied with my visit.
