The place was very fun especially with friends. The staff were very nice especially that one abang at the counter in the photo. Overall very fun.

Great experiences. Not too cold with long pants and thick top. The ice melts after 2 hours. The shoes are under good conditions. The laces are long and need to tie to the side. Price is not expensive and the playground is very big. They will help to mention the shoe size first, and then past the shoes to you.

It's a great place to try out or practice ice skating. However, their rental skates are not in the best condition. Bring your own if you can. Highly recommend knee, elbow guards and helmet n mittens too. Great family fun. If u don't skate, just $3 for visiting. Locker service is available.

I think they take advantage on the fact that they are the only ice skating rink in sg. The sizes were not enough for a size that is pretty common. Almost everyone needed size 39 but it's not enough. The staff kept giving everyone 36 which was not even able to fit in our feet, let alone tie the shoelace. During my payment, I needed seals for my kids to push. The staff knew i requested 2 seals for my kids and yet they didn't say anything. Still charged me for both seals without advising me. Once inside, upon collecting the seals, the same staff told me adult need to push because it's heavy and tall. Not for kids. ☹️ I paid 30 bucks for 2 seals. And when I reacted to it and requested for refund, staff said no refund. This was ridiculous since we were ill-advised. In the rink, there is not one staff who would be skating and supervising the area. If anyone falls, there's no one in the rink who would help. The metal balance stand for kids to push in the rink, those were all taken by other adults and yet staff didn't call out anyone. There were several kids, including my own, who had to keep looking around for available ones. However, these adults that were using them, refused to make it available even during their rest time at the seats. They actually took the metal balance stands and hold on to it till end of shifts. Fair? This place will only entertain if you are the usuals. If you are new, please don't expect any welcome.

Truly a disheartening trip for our families and kids! As it was our first time, we wanted to enquire about some questions and have been calling the given number since morning at least 50 times but to nobody answering the calls…until we decided to head down to try our luck. The staff on duty, Mogan (shared pic) was snappy from the start. He was abrupt and had no basic service to offer. He had an irritable disposition and abrupt answers to queries. How do parents feel comfortable and assured to leave their kids there to have fun with such unapproachable and unkind staff! The kids shared that the ice was in a bad and melted state, hence making it very wet and it contributed to people falling. Although the tickets are priced reasonably for a 2 hour slot, the lack of good service and good ice conditions made the overall experience unpleasant. This is the ONLY ice rink in Spore. The management ought to look into the many bad reviews and investigate on the complaints. The right measures should be implemented to improve the safety and experince of visitors.

STAY AWAY. Kallang Ice World is a very dangerous place at least to me, I skated on NYE, and took a very bad fall which torn my ligament, only to then realise that there skate provided to me is FAULTY. I lodged a complaint against them and yet they claim they have to wait for insurance reply and REFUSE TO PAY A DIME and even reimburse the entry fees, not goodwill and even gesture of apology at all. Please think twice before going to this rink, it's a shame that Jurong has closed down and this is the only choice we have now. I have attached photos of the faulty skates. Clearly their staff did not even check, also they gave me expired medicine. I am still following up with them and I would not give up. But just beware everyone if you ever suffer an injury due to faulty equipment, you are in for a long drawn process.
