Just had my daughter's birthday party held here. Booking process was efficient via WhatsApp. Decent food choices to cater to different preferences. Room and games setup was straight forward. When food was served, it was quite impressive and of course, free flow drinks and snacks. Perhaps good to have trash bins around so we can help to clear away the trash we accumulated. Otherwise, it was cosy and lovely. Choice of physical games, xbox and switch to satisfy any gaming needs. My daughter had lots of fun with her friends.

Had my son’s birthday celebration here. Yummy lunch, and free flow of drinks and snacks, and the boys had so much fun. Going to book for our youngest son’s birthday party too 😍

Been coming back here for a long time and it never fails to amuse and entertain with their assortment of board and console games. Bookings should be made in advance to play the console games as they are very popular. The staff are very friendly and helpful with choosing games and explaining game rules as well. Always a good time for bonding and fun with friends. Being a member gives you discounts during off-peak periods too (free membership by accumulating $100 over 3 months). Still open in the midst of COVID-19. Customers get their drinks by per bottle but the service to get the games is good. Popcorn still available on the weekends.

Was actually enjoying our game session. However the room is shared with other group of people, hence, a group of girls came and seated at another game station shouting and screaming loudly while playing their games which has badly affected …

The good: - The staff are trying to be nice and courteous. The concept is good. Free flow snacks are nice. The bad: - It can be a bit noisy with several groups in the same room. - A lot of the games aren't working. They told us to pick a Switch game because XBox wasn't working. Some games needed to be updated and couldn't be played. We encountered these inconveniences between two different gaming stations. Please, if your business is about providing a gaming experience, do yourself a favor and make sure it works properly! - The bathroom is inadequately maintained. - The temperature is either hot on one side or too cold on the other. The staff did not seem interested in helping us with it. - We booked 16 to 19 and arrived at 15:50. 18:50 sharp they asked us to leave. The technical difficulties they had cost us way more than these 10 mins, and we absolutely did not expect to be asked to leave prior to the end of our booked time, especially as the floor had literally no other customers.

Went to Play Nation with a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. Since only 5 people are allowed per table, we wanted to separate into 2 tables of 4 and 3. The staff (or Manager) there insisted on separating us in different floors. I said OK but we all wanna play board games not console games. He said then he'll have to charge console game prices ($3 more) because we're playing upstairs. Then I said that's not fair to us as we didn't asked to be segregated upstairs. We could be on the same floor but different ends of the room. He said it's not possible because of the regulations. Whose regulations are those? Then he said, "I have the right to implement the rules. I also have the right to not accept your business." With that, we took our business elsewhere where we're much more appreciated - The Minds Cafe, a few doors away. We had a great time there and made to feel totally welcomed.
