Good to have this place for my daughter’s birthday play dates as I have missed to book oth and look for the other options .. kids enjoyed a lot thanks to the friendly environment

Absolutely love the place. Has a bokeh of facilities for every age group. Seems the place a has a soul which is vibrant and dynamic. Bring my kid here every week. Love driving to the place and am often pleasantly surprised by things being done here. Parking cost is perhaps the only aspect which perhaps needs reviewing.

In dire need of revamp or reno. Pool’s changing facilities are old and have flies growing at places.

First time here and its a day and night difference compared to other Safras. Went in and aircon wasnt blowing cold. Sweating inside the place. No directory. Dont know where to go to find restaurants. Not much makan option. Sarpino’s and springleaf was as hot without aircon or ventilation. Zero aircon in Sarpinos, no ventilation in Springleaf. Seems like the place is just waiting for the lease to expire or visitor’s experience is not their top priority.

Many safra members found that We are not entitled to the perks during each month or SAF day or national day due to limited qty and restrictions. Example, the EnergyOne trial is not open to members for free trial during SAF days period. The pool toilet are run down and the toilet sits are broken at safra Tampines. And sometimes the toilet is not clean and smelly.
