We like the place and it is family friendly without much smell and too rowdy people when we visoted. The shoes are clean and new, and no troublesome shoe laces to meddle with, which is a good thing especially for kids not good at tying shoelaces. Balls are from 7 onwards. The bowling alley has bowling bumpers (side barriers) for beginners and children, which helps my kid build confidence as the bowl keeps getting into the drain initially. Also have the cute Dino guide that helps kids to guide the balls. Price may be more worthwhile to play by game if you don't play very fast.

Seems like I’m not the only one raising about the customer service of this place based on past reviews here. Went on a Saturday night with huge crowds and long queues for the counter. There was only 1 counter in operation despite there being 2 staff on duty and one of staff does not even seem to be attending to anything. When we were finally attended to at the counter, my friend picked up the pricing stand that was placed at the counter as she wanted a better look at it. Without reason, the staff chastised her for that. May I know what did my friend did wrong here leading to the need for such a response? There was no such notice that customers aren’t allowed to touch the stand. Off to a bad start. Halfway through the game, we wanted to request for adding an additional players to the game as they arrived late, they had to join the long queue and when its finally their turn, the male staff condescendingly told them to come back and rejoin the queue again when the game finishes, as they cannot add players when the game is still halfway in progress. While we understand the reasoning, why can’t there be some room for accommodation to allow my friends to at least pay for the next game and get their shoes first, then proceed to add the players when the game ends? Obviously the staff is unable to realise the sheer inconvenience to expect his customers to rejoin the long queue again. When they came back when the game was about to end, they were again told off that the game has not completely end and there’s nothing the staff can do. This led to an argument with the staff in what has already been an extremely disgusting encounter with their condescending tone, which the staff finally relented. It is obvious to us that the staff wanted little more than their job minimally requires, worse still was their mannerism and condescending tone as if paying customers owe them a living. Given that there have already been negative reviews about this exact issue, it also shows the lack of care that the management of this bowling alley have with regard to this. Never coming back again.

Non-stop lane malfunctions and pin-setting errors aside, the male staff/receptionist on duty (3rd Aug ‘23) is one of the WORST we’ve ever encountered. We aren’t people who leave negative reviews at the slightest issue, but his cocky, snarky and arrogant attitude is definitely not a one-off and deserves special recognition. It seems politeness isn’t always reciprocated. Just to share A FEW of his service accolades: Well done for raising your voice for no reason when we stated our shoes sizes after you simply asked “shoes?” You must have thought we were mind-readers who knew that you were referring to the number of people who required shoes. Well done for getting mad and physically shoving me away from the shoe counter, after directing us there without any clear instructions. Well done for the condescending mannerism when we asked about a time-extension for our lane after encountering error after error.

the staff is very mean and rude, (experienced over several visits). the rates per game are outrageous and it's only worth it if you're playing by the hour. the equipment is otherwise reasonable because it's newer. there is a severe lack of discipline among visitors to this alley. every single time i visit there will be a group of students lofting house balls really high or throwing two at once. yet somehow lanes are rarely available. would recommend going to a different centre unless there's something seriously stopping you
