These guys know how to do business and treat the customers well. They are very prompt in their responses, packaging and delivery. I'm writing this review after my second experience and both times it was a smooth process regardless of glitches that have come the way. They handled it so well and respectfully. So big plus for that. The collection of toys is amazing and I find the prices reasonable too. Both my purchase have been online. They do charge a flat 5 dollar delivery charge across the island regardless of the weight and size. But what I also live the most about this place is I can get everything I need for creating party return gift bag. It's convenient in that sense. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for bulk purchases to check this place out. These guys are doing a good job and are very helpful too. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! I ordered for puzzle boxes as return gifts with 5 in 1 and 6 in 1 puzzles for 3 to 4 years olds. Quick delivery, very good quality, thick board puzzles, extremely good for motor skills for this age group. Reasonable price, good packaging gave a satisfactory experience for the parents and the kids. All the kids excited with vivid colours and cute design. Highly recommended!

Shopping was a breeze with the awesome assistance from 2 lovely ladies at the store namely Monica & SL. Both were extremely patient & accomodating. Both were all smiles throughout which made my day 💯% complete. A special shout out to Brian too for making it possible for a hassel free spree. GREAT TEAM👏👏👏👏👏 KUDOS GUYS👍👍👍👍👍

Super rude owner/shop attendant. Don't bother coming here - condescending attitude and the worst part is everything is overpriced you can find cheaper and similar Made in China quality in HDB shops or shoppee/online. And definitely don't bring your kids- she chases you out and tells your kids off. She's better off not running a toy store - don't put toys out to play if you're going to get upset with kids playing. I rarely ever complain about customer service but this lady is the absolute worst I have experienced in Singapore.

Had a horrible experience recently although I have to say this is a first during my multiple visits to the shop. I found 2 of my purchases defective and requested for an exchange which was kindly approved by the shop. However when I was in the midst of choosing additional new toys at the shop, this female staff kept repeatedly telling me and my kids don't choose this or that toy if you don't know how to play, later you come back and exchange again. What the hell? I had to tell her off before she shut her mouth. While I am grateful that an exchange was given for the defective products, I certainly didn't expect I had to put up with this. Overall very unpleasant customer service experience and I hope no one else had to go through that.
