The Cat Cafe x Art Jamming @The Rail Mall

The 2 staff there were so friendly and welcoming! Especially the lady who was really patient with my 2 kids. We went early in the morning and was lucky to share the place with another customer. The place was very clean and atomosphere was really calm. The cats were also very calm and my kids had a wonderful time interacting with the cats. It is important for kids to keep quiet and not run. Dont miss watching the feeding time at 11am! The kids are already asking to go back again. Thank you for the wonderful morning!

Went there on a Saturday evening. It was pretty crowded, reservations are required. Staff there are lovely, they really know the cats well and shared with me a lot about the cats. Staff are plus point of my experience 🤩 Cats are very active and friendly. Went between 530-730. They have random feeding/snacking time to get the cats active and play around with the visitors. It was my first time at a cat cafe, and thankfully this place is my first!! 🤩🤩🤩 I took many videos but not sure how to share it here.

We held a birthday party at the cafe on 3 Oct and the whole experience was fantastic with very attention, friendly and helpful staff! Will totally recommend this cat cafe!

Didn't have a good experience here. The room was overcrowded, the cats were overstimulated and stressed by kids who didn't know how to pet them properly, the cats kept fighting with each other and staff had to step in. One of the staff gave us cat food and the cats did approach us, but otherwise the cats here are generally unfriendly (they hiss and bite) and are very food-motivated. I came here to destress but it only made me more stressed.

Is suppose to be enjoyable with cute animals but the presence of noisy kids running around and trying to disturb/ steal attention from the cats made it really unpleasant. Went in but only saw 1-2 cats around, the others hiding in rest corner. More rules in the cafe but its really useless. The cats are inactive / unfriendly as compared to other places. Appreciate one staff that try to explain to us the characteristics of the cat but the other staffs are unfriendly. Don understand why food need to be sold together with the cats around, better if split the space between cats corner and food corner. You don know if u are consuming cat hair. Also no proper storage for the bags. Number of visitors need to be more limited as is too crowded!
