The Wagington is a premium pet boarding and daycare facility in Singapore that excels at dog birthday parties and pool events, offering spacious accommodations, professional grooming, and exceptional customer service with 24/7 CCTV monitoring. The venue provides a bone-shaped pool, flexible booking options, and staff who go above and beyond to accommodate last-minute requests and special occasions. However, rare incidents of inadequate supervision and poor customer service interactions have raised concerns about consistency in care standards.

We reached out to Wagington to do our girl’s birthday party after another pool place we booked turned out to be run down. They were so accommodating to give us a tour of the area to reassure us as well. We had already asked family and friends to join us for a specific date and time and Jia from Wagington really made that happen for us even though it was such short notice. We were also very grateful that they allowed us drop off food and drinks prior to our event time so that we wouldn’t have too much to carry along with our 3 doggies on the day itself and even allowed us to go in abit earlier to decorate the place. All in all, we were really happy with our booking and it’s such a lovely place to hang out and chill with doggies. The place was clean, tidy and had ample space for both humans and the doggies to exist. The only small issue we faced was that the shower machine outside had really low water pressure which made showering our 2 dachshunds quite a hard and slow process, we ended up taking our SS home to shower instead. This wouldn’t deter me from visiting again though as it’s quite an easy fix. What made our time here at Wagington really special is that they made everything as easy as possible for us. It felt like they were as invested in ensuring this party went well for us. Thats top notch customer service and really shows their love for doggies and dog parents. Thank you for saving our girl’s birthday party! We can’t wait to visit again!

Celebrated my dog’s birthday at the bone pool and it’s so cute to see her and her doggo friends swim (more like splash tbh) in the water. The birthday cake included in the package was hugeee and it's a hit amongst the pooches! Love that there's an option to rent dog life vest too so don’t worry if you don’t have one.

Excellent experience! Wewent to the Bone Pool at Wagington and it was a wonderful experience. The pool is clean, adequate to hold a few dogs at a time (although the time we took our pup, we were the only ones), and there are a couple of cabanas that you can use while your pup is in the pool. We could go in the pool with our pup as well and while it was the first time for our pup to swim, he was reasonably fine given the open and welcoming layout. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and ensure that you have a memorable time. Thanks guys! If you haven't been to Wagington already, do make a trip, you will have a great time 🙂👍

I would like to share with you our recent experience of the Wagington Hotel in Dempsey that has kept our two dogs in boarding from the 03-11 February 2019. During their time of boarding, we noticed that a number of requests were not adhered too, such as keeping the dogs apart from bigger breeds and providing supervision at all times. These request were confirmed by the hotel and made us opt for this very expensive option, however when we did check the CCTV we noticed that carers were not in place and due to the lack of attention and care one of our dogs got injured on the eye and leg. The staff only informed us very late about those injuries and never mentioned the true extends of these. In summary all correspondence between us and the carers was kept including images and when we brought the dog to the vet it was treated for a wound on the leg and trauma on the eye that might involve further eye surgery. A scarf the dog was wearing caused the abrasion on the leg and the staff did notice the fact that it was out of place and even took a picture, yet did not take it off to prevent the injury. When we spoke to Miya, the manager, on the 11/2 they admitted that they were negligent and would cover 50% of the vet bill, however todays call with them was very different and they advised that the owner and The Wagington is at no fault for either the trauma on the eye nor the wound on the leg (which one day ago they admitted liability- now they are saying it’s the dogs own fault). We are people that not normally complain, but feel with all the recent cases of pet homes, that this establishment clearly does not care about their pet guests. We gave them more than one occasion to make things right, but Miya mentioned that they are not interested and at no time felt the owner obliged to call us back and asked about the well being of the dog. I feel that other pet lovers should be spared those experiences as its not only traumatic for pets but owners alike. I guess pictures speak more than words and feel sick in the stomach for what our babies went through

We visited The Wagington for a pre-boarding pet behavior evaluation session. We had signed up for the top "Royal Suite" for our two small dogs. Although we found the facilities comprehensive and adequate to meet our requirements, the front desk customer service executive, however, was shockingly lacking for a pet boarding service which claims to provide the most premium facility in Singapore. We were appalled by the attitude of Eunice, the staff who attended to us. She was reticent and not engaging. We had to coax her with questions to obtain more information about the facility as well as the itemized list of services we signed up for. We would be remiss if we failed to mention that the total price for our dogs’ boarding cost more than a staycation at the Ritz Carlton Hotel Singapore. Management should take this poor customer service experience seriously as it reflects extremely poorly on the brand. The customer's first impression is paramount, regardless of how sophisticated the hardware may be.

just walked past the hotel to see a staff member throw a large dog, who looked unwilling, into the pool. he also filmed it, i assume to show the dog having a fun swim in the sun for the owner when the dog very quickly swam to the edge of the pool to try and get out again. would be careful about sending your pet here as situations like this can be very traumatising for an animal
