Wonderful service from Jasper at Timezone Parkway Parade! We would like to commend Jasper, who was part of the Party Squad during a friend’s birthday celebration we attended. He was extremely helpful in explaining how the party pass worked and answered all our questions with great patience. What stood out most was his kindness toward our child, who was struggling with one of the machines. Jasper stepped in gently to help, even though he didn’t have to. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience a positive and memorable one. We hope management will take note of Jasper’s excellent attitude and professionalism — he is a real asset to the team. Thank you, Jasper, for your outstanding service!

We had such a good time hosting our party with our party hosts, Megan and Jasper. They tried their best to be our hands and legs so we could have a good time with the kids. It was fuss free and everything was prepared so all we had to do was have fun! Megan and jasper paid attention to details , reminded us ahead of time what to expect, tried their best to accommodate to all our requests, and were helpdul to all our guests! Thank you time zone!

Fabulous experience! My 6 yr old and his friends loved it. Massive value for money and low fuss. Megan did a great job managing the crowd of kids. 10/10

Hosted by Gertruda, It is very rushy.. and not sure why we are not allowed to be in the room from 5 to 7. But only from 620 to 7. The one at vivo city allowed us to sit in for the session. It is ridiculous our food are in there but we are not allowed to use the room. I would love to have an explanation.

Hi everybody,hope everything is going on smoothly. I patronize PP outlet almost everyday. Sad to say,i used to feel at home with warm and comfort,the team is still excellent,but to my amaze since the new guy with grey shirt came. Seems owe him money or whatever,no smile,no thank you. I am used to saying bye to all the staff on duty regardless who they are,the mutual respect is there,unlike the new guy,look also don't bother. Sad that the management has these people,cannot compare with the team.
