Deborah was responsible and set up really quickly. She was kind and helped to reschedule the time to suit my needs due to last minute changes. After setting up, she sanitized the toys and made sure I knew what were things to look out for safety purposes. After the event, she came back timely and the removal was seamless. I could return my rented space back on time as well. Worth the rent and service! Highly recommended.

Rented their bouncy castles and ball pit with slide a couple of times. They take pride in their work and clean the items dilligently. I can let the kids can have fun with peace of mind! Highly recommend!

Nice vendor to work with ! Have the most fabulous bouncy castle with is those durable kind and not the cheap material that most vendors are using !

The event space was provided at a good price along with the toys. It was also very nicely arranged. Unfortunately it was very hot and the organisers were not the best customer service providers. Not only were they late, they were upset at the multiple calls that I had made to them as I was anxious and food was sitting outside. So while it was provided at a good price, I think i will choose to take my business elsewhere in the future.

Dear Founder of Toys4rent I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional behaviour of your operations staff. I visited your venue on the 22nd for a viewing. Today, your operations staff followed up with me via WhatsApp, and I informed her that I am unable to proceed as I have postponed my daughter’s birthday. However, she then left negative feedback on Tagvenue, stating that my daughter “has no manners” and that she “did not stop playing despite the toys being sanitised”. This was extremely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. I believe this feedback was not from Deborah, but from the operations staff who assisted us during the viewing. At no point during our visit did she mention any rules about not touching the toys. If the toys had indeed just been sanitised, she should have clearly informed us upon arrival. Instead, she remained silent despite seeing my daughter interact with the toys. Furthermore, the toys did not appear recently sanitised — many looked old and not well-maintained. I am truly disappointed by the service provided. This reflects very poorly on your organisation, and I believe the staff’s behaviour does not align with professional customer service standards. I hope this matter will be looked into seriously.

The air conditioning is very old and extremely weak in the venue. Only 1 or 2 main unit and the rest are portable aircons. The venue was even hotter as there are catering setting with warmers and …
