Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen

Went to Crystal Jade HKG Kitchen (Causeway Point) to celebrate wifey birthday. Cannot ask for more, the food is good & top-notch services.

Good service. Yummy food. Generous with helping us accomodate the elderly. Eg they wanted different dessert that was not part of the options on the set menu but the staff agreed to let us have it anyway. We usually celebrate birthdays there as they have the lotus birthday buns and usually give us the red-stained eggs which is traditionally eaten on birthdays.

This restaurant had a spacious dining area with plenty of seating for customers. The ambiance was also cozy and quiet, which is really good for a family dinner or gathering. Went here during dinner time with my family and aunt to have dinner together to celebrate my birthday. We ordered quite a number of dishes, including Crispy Homemade Organic Tofu, Stewed Eggplant Minced Pork, Sautéed Chinese Spinach, Soya Sauce Chicken, Sweet and Sour Fish Slices and drinks. The Soya Sauce Chicken was well marinated and tasted really good. The Cripsy Tofu was great as well, with the soft texture and nice flavor. I can say the service was really good. Upon our arrival, the staff helped to keep the birthday cake in the fridge until after our dinner. After dinner, I was also given red boiled eggs for my birthday.

The food portion (noodle soup) and quality is not worth the price. The soup...hmm..feel thirsty after I finished the soup. The staff kept staying at the counter, and it was so unapproachable as they were chatting among themselves. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue. Dessert ~ The almond cream dessert was not fresh, as shown in the picture. It was very watery, and the almonds were not dissolved, which cost $7.80 for a watery and not well cooked dessert. Will not try it again as the quality is not up to their usual standard and is overpriced for this 'quality'.

Visited here àround 3.15pm to celebrate my wife birthday. Seated at 3.20pm, all staff seems busy at their cleaning works and we did not get attention or given any order QR and menu till 3.30pm. …

The service needs to be improved. I went there for lunch with family. Service staff were very busy and hardly pay attention to our requests. There was an Assistant Mgr in short hair (wearing black uniform), her attitude was quite bad, seemed like very annoyed to attend to our requests, as if we were in wrong to call her. And when we made payment after the meal, her impression also not looking good. We went there for meal and hope to receive good service and well deserved respect pls.
