KidZania Singapore offers an immersive role-play experience where kids can explore diverse occupations across spacious, well-organized stations, with particularly engaging activities like firefighting and pizza-making. However, the venue suffers from significant staffing inconsistencies, with some visits experiencing minimal queues and attentive staff while others face long waits, closed stations, and inadequate supervision.

We had an amazing time at KidZania Singapore! My child played from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and enjoyed every minute of it. We managed to cover nearly all the establishments and activities, it was a full day of fun and learning. Special shoutout to Bob (“Whaddaya wanna be ya?!!”) at the SCDF establishment! His energy and passion really stood out. He was fantastic with the kids, he is super engaging, enthusiastic, and made the whole area come alive. Truly exceptional service! Most activities are best suited for kids aged 4 and above, with only a few designed for 7+ years. Quick tip, bring a water bottle as there’s a dispenser at the Level 2 baby area. You can also leave and re-enter without issue as I’ve confirmed this with three different staff members, even though the website says otherwise. We visited on a weekday and it was much less crowded compared to our previous visit years ago before they reopened, hence there is minimal queues this time, which was great. Note that parts of Level 2 are currently under renovation, and it seems they’re a bit short-staffed, so hopefully management can look into that soon.

Our first time here in Kidzania Singapore and the experience is great. Bought the tickets online during the 1/2 price promo. Not much crowd eventhough we came on a Sunday, no waiting time. We managed to cover the whole place from 10 am onwards till almost their closing time. Kids really enjoyed their day here. Recommended!

The second KidZania we've been to after KidZania Hanoi. The area is huge, with many interesting job options including ICA officers, Yakult product researcher, news reporter, radio host etc on top of the usual pilot, police, doctor, firefighter jobs. The kids spent the whole day with their friends and didn't get bored at all. There are also several food options to choose from.

It's our 2nd visit to Kidzania and my kids love it there. The place is spacious and catered well to young kids. I would say the facilities is indeed excellent. The activities are great too. However, on our recent visit on 3 Jan 2026 (Sat), we were quite disappointed with the experiences due to staffing issues. I understand some areas are closed for renovation/ upgrading, but I feel that overall, the place was severely understaffed. To a point where there was 1 staff manning 2 stations. So these stations could not run concurrently and we had to wait. Some waiting time is fine if there is a schedule or timing (e.g. 15min) that is adhered to. But it was not the case. We were not sure how long we had to wait for a staff to arrive. Sometimes we were told "10min" only to be dragged till more than 30min. The children could have used the time better for another job experience rather than wait without a set time in mind. We were particularly disappointed with the wait at the pizza-making experience at Canadian Pizza. It was during lunch hour on a weekend (Sat) but the staff manning the Canadian pizza booth to take orders and prepare the pizza was nowhere in sight. We wanted to start the pizza making experience which was to be our kids' lunch but was told that we couldn't since the staff manning the cashier to take orders can't process our payment and generate the receipt. Without the receipt, our experience couldn't start. We were taken aback by the inflexibility of having the option to start the experience then pay later when the staff is back. Anyway we were told that the staff went to the toilet and will be back soon in 10min. But to our surprise, we waited 40min for the staff to be back from her toilet break. She was already not at the booth when we arrived so I would say she was at the toilet for close to an hour. I hope she is doing ok. The other staff also could not text or contact said staff so all of us were just waiting aimlessly. When the staff manning the Canadian pizza booth arrived, we queued for our orders and to pay for the experience only to be told that the staff manning the experience booth needs to tell her how many pax before she could take our payment and order. We were very confused and it was a lot of back and forth. To be fair, most of the staff around did want to help but they didn't know how to. And there were many instances of missing staff and we were always told that they were visiting the toilet and will be back in 10min but the timing wasn't accurate. It really caused our experience to be affected. Please do take a look at the system and perhaps allow staff some flexibility to make executive decisions since there was no manager/ supervisor in sight to help with these issues.

The facilities are new and good, but the staff were very disappointing. Compared to KidZania Malaysia, they were less patient with kids and less helpful to parents. It made the expensive visit stressful. We hope management takes note and improves staff training. We won't be returning.

Don’t bother coming here. Parents are allowed to queue for their kids which is RIDICULOUS. Imagine it’s almost your turn after 40min of wait, 8-10 children suddenly appearing in front of the queue and took away your kid’s spot! Feedback is …
