Like others have mentioned, this chain has terrible service. I'm always waiting at least 20mins for my food, even if it is just one 6pc chicken nugget. I don't know how they prioritise orders, but they seem to serve in-restaurant orders …

Fast food?! Took almost half an hour to prepare the order. Just 1 set of meal, no special requirements. All other customers had to stand in front of the counter, keep telling the staffs their order numbers, then only the staffs will pack the order; while others who didn't tell the order numbers to the staffs had to keep waiting endlessly. No system at all.

Terrible outlet where staff does not check or follow up with orders properly. Waited for one hour for food when it is not very crowded. Asked 4 times why not ready but staff just give a cursory glance at the receipts and not bother to check properly. End up the order was really missed out and only reprinted the receipt after 50 minutes of waiting. And in the end wrong order is given... got the spicy instead of the non-spicy order.
