The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf - Causeway Point

The staff, particularly, the manager, was very kind and accommodating. I had forgotten particularly of my order at a differently Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location the night before and was going to ask if they were connected to the branches and if they could help me in obtaining my forgotten order. The manager came right out and not only offered offered help, but replaced my order right on the spot and said not to worry as she will let the other shop know. In our 3.5 years of living here in Singapore, we've had very few good experiences with great customer service. I was amazed and pleasantly surprised with the level of service received. This small gesture revived my faith in Singapore's ability to provide good customer service. Thank you!

I’ve been a regular customer of Coffee Bean for the past few years, and I’ve always enjoyed my visits. But today’s experience at the Causeway Point outlet truly stood out—thanks to Juwy. Her service was simply outstanding. She served me with such warmth and politeness that it genuinely made my morning. What impressed me most was when she personally came to my table to offer a cup of water—something I’ve never experienced before at Coffee Bean. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot and showed her genuine care for customers. Juwy was also very attentive and helpful while taking my order. Her thoughtful service made my breakfast experience even more enjoyable. I just want to say thank you to Juwy for going above and beyond. It’s experiences like these that make me proud to be a loyal Coffee Bean customer and today has made me even more certain that I’ll continue coming back.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by Ms. Diana, and I must say it was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, her caring and sweet demeanor made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. What truly impressed me was her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Not only did she prepare my drink with skill and care, but she also took the initiative to double-wrap it with cling wrap to prevent any spillage during my journey home. Such attention to detail and consideration for the customer's experience is rare to find. Speaking of the drink itself, it was nothing short of perfection. The mocha latte prepared by Ms. Diana was undoubtedly the best I've ever had. It's worth mentioning that despite my consistent enjoyment of this drink across various outlets, there was a notable difference in quality at the Admiralty location. However, this only served to highlight the exceptional standards set by Ms. Diana. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Diana for her dedication to providing excellent customer service. Her efforts did not go unnoticed, and I am grateful for the memorable experience she provided.

Tooo crampy, too many tables and hardly enough space to walk thru. not a good set up for customers who wana dine in. Need a room for improvement and space for others if theyre in a private meeting what so.

Absolutely horrible experience with this cafe. I ordered 2 pastas, 1 cheesecake, and 1 chocolate drink, but only received the cake and drink. The main items were missing, and I was still charged over $50. When I called to resolve it, their customer service was disgusting. They denied everything, refused to take any responsibility, and even tried to push the blame back on me. What’s worse? This isn’t even the first time they’ve screwed up my order. If you can’t handle 24/7 service, then don’t even bother offering it. Stop wasting people’s time and money with incompetent staff and zero accountability. Absolutely pissed off and disappointed!

If I can give negative star, I think the store deserves to get the award. The store is dirty, housekeeping is not done properly. The manager on duty Siti on duty was also not flexible. There is even cockroach spotted on the floor when I was dining there. Date of incident: 16 Nov 2024 @ 9:55 pm
