Timezone Westgate - Bowling, Party Venue, Virtual Reality

We just hosted my child’s birthday party at Timezone, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! A huge shoutout to our hosts, Elvis and Damia. They were incredibly friendly, gentle, and patient with the kids. …

We had our son’s 9th birthday party here. Everything was so smooth and run without any glitches. Hern is really awesome with kids and he managed the event really well. Special thanks to him for taking care of all aspects of party from taking great photos yo making sure that each kids has fun 💕 …

Our party host is Syaerryna and she is great! There were more children that turned up but she managed all of them well. She helped with cutting the cake and placing the food on the table. Overall, the party went smoothly and my child had an awesome party. Thanks Sya! Also have to say Elvis, the party coordinator is very responsive to all our queries and was of great help! 🎉

employee named liu cheng was rude and his attitude is horrible. my father send me the code to redeem a drink, he couldnt tell me that it was accepted KINDLY. sounded like scolding me for being my a scammer. then i downloaded the app and wanted to redeem it. queued at the prize exchange side but he signalled me to another counter with his HANDS, and didnt say anything. he was not serving anyone at that point by the way, cant he just help me with it. then he signalled me to another counter to serve me. after everything was done, he didnt even say thank you. made me change my view of this outlet, everyone is friendly before.
