We celebrated my daughter‘s birthday here and had the best time ever. Beth was incredibly helpful and very patient in explaining all the details for us to settle in our room and provide our guests with the best experience. I recommend these place to anybody who wants to host a birthday party.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service was extremely disappointing. From the start, there was no greeting, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The staff at the front, including Kiki at the skate rack, did not acknowledge us, and instead, Kiki and another employee spoke negatively about my group within earshot. At the concession stand, no one was available to help—several of us waited for service, but the employees at the front only stared without offering assistance. Finally, as we were leaving, the woman at the front gave us a curt “bye” with no courtesy or professionalism—no “thank you,” “have a good day,” or invitation to return. Overall, the experience felt rude and unprofessional from multiple employees.

After paying $52 to skate, I wanted to play on the arcade machines outside. One of them wasn’t working and it ate my money. Their manager just told me, ‘that was your risk.’ Terrible customer service. It’s unbelievable that even with machines that don’t work, they refuse to take responsibility for what their staff and manager communicate

Don’t recommend. All the staff except for Zion were rude. The music was too quiet and when we asked to turn it up we were denied. You had to pay about $1.20 per song you wanted, which is absurd. The floor of the rink had some chips in it, and the skates themselves were bad quality. Skating is fun, but don’t pull up here.
