What a great time we had as a family with our teenagers! The spacious and cozy surroundings, coupled with the friendly and attentive staff, made our experience amazing. We had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in a range of themed VR adventures with the package we purchased. For anyone seeking an enjoyable and thrilling adventure in Sentosa, I recommend this fantastic attraction.

Had an incredible time at Headrock VR. Truly immersive experience. Prices may appear to be a little steep at first but i’d say the experience was well worth the price. Get the Play 7 if you can; got to try most of the games and none of them disappointed. The people there were friendly and helpful as well. Certainly one of the most memorable attractions at Sentosa!

VERY VERY BAD. Spent whole day finding it, spend whole day regretting it. I played my game on 31 December 2023, around 6 pm. At first, I was very excited after deep choices and choosing my VR game. The game eye masks for hygiene protection but the eye mask touches my eyes just because I wear specs. For my friend, a 10-year-old child whose face is small, their eye hygiene protection was too small for her. They don't offer child eye protection. Instead of asking us to wear uncomfortable eye masks for hygiene purposes. Why don't they sanitise the equipment? I spent $15 each for the extreme rafting VR with my 3 other friends. It is available for 4 players to play together. However, when we went there, a lot of machines were spoiled compared to what's said on the website. In the extreme rafting VR that my friends and I went to, one VR was spoiled. Like we are supposed to see dinosaurs in jungles but she could only see blue and pink, stars around, nothing like what we see. A technical issue. When my friend told the person it was spoiled, he kept saying that it was okay and that it would be fixed when we started. However, when we started, it was still spoiled, he tried to treat it like nothing. My friend had to keep telling them to get it fixed. We had to wait for a long time to get the VR fixed, staying stuck to the same screen. From excitement to annoyance to anger. After waiting such a long time, they still couldn't get the thing fixed. We had no choice but to change to another VR experience which is 4 players as well. On the website, it says that there's a lot of 4-player VR experience but the truth is there are only two and the one that I first tried was also spoiled. We had no choice but to choose the second 4 players VR game. It was the extreme choo choo train VR game and the experience was ten times worse! We did not like the gameplay as it was just plainly riding on a roller coaster. Furthermore, the VR was spoiled again. My other friend's VR headset could not hear the voice and music in the game. The music and voice were also very soft and not interesting. I told my friend about what the person in the game was saying, only to realise she could not hear anything. I was expecting something like the first game but it was nothing compared to that. The VR experience did not get me engrossed a lot. It was extremely boring for a person seeking excitement! When we play the train just shakes front and back, not even left and right. The seat was uncomfortable and when I played I kept hitting my back. After the ride, my back still hurts very badly. The roller coaster was dizzy as well. Everyone said that it was very boring and not worth it. We all regretted it very much. The $60 spent was not worth it. In conclusion, I was very happy for the first ride and turned impatient for waiting again and again. Pissed by their attitude and how they treat us. The experience was very bad. I hope they upgrade it and redo their experience. Such as the hygiene equipment, the seats and the attitude of their workers. Other than that, my cousin who was one person also played with us but she played herself. There are only two one-player games. She chose the bungee jumping one. It was only around 5 min for 15 dollars each. She expected the jump to move up and down simultaneously and be very exciting. However, it was only going up for a while and not for long it ended, very boring. It was also 2 player games at first and turned to 1 player. Again, different from the website. Everyone did not enjoy it.

Terrible terrible experience, the ticket price may be cheaper compared to many vr games. However, the experience u get is DEFINITELY not the best. We went to play on a Sunday and they did not have a lot of people. However, they kept having their own conversation and ignore us when we kept saying 'excuses me'. They served us with an ignorant attitude and DO NOT know their games well to explain to us what it is. They gave us eye mask for hygiene reasons however my sister had a small face and did not fit the eye mask. So if u are deciding to bring your kids here to play, they are definitely not accommodating them and parents if you want to go in and take photo of your kids play you are required to pay a 5 dollar entry fee. They offer lots of games, HOWEVER a lot of them are spolit and their vr headset is not working. We chose an exciting boat vr experience, we went on being excited AFTER THE 15MINUTE WAIT they did not even tell us what was going on, the game still did not begin. Apparently one of our vr headset is not working and they told my friend that it is OK to see no imagine in the vr headset while others can see imagine. The game started and my friends still did not have an imagine in her vr headset, she been telling them non stop that she does not see anything. However, they keep ignoring her request till she started speaking a little louder then they stopped the game. They did not give us any solution toammendment their problems, instead they stared at us for us to give them a solution. We changed to another less exiting game in the end, and we did not receive a single apology. We change to another less exciting train game, the seats were hard and my spine kept hitting the seats and mine and my friends back had red lines after the play. The game were terrible as well, my vr headset did not had any sound for half the game duration and after I kept complaining for half the game and only when the game is going to end they turned on the sound for me. The whole experience was very terrible and their attitude did not made it any better. Never coming back again.
