Kith Café Marina Square Kiztopia

A big thank you for making our daughters 8th birthday bash a wonderful experience! From the seamless arrangements to the smooth execution, everything was perfect for the entire three hours. The kids had an amazing time, and the parents couldn’t stop praising the delicious food. The cake, glitter tattoos, and games were a big hit! A special shoutout to the restaurant manager for her efficiency and quick response, the host for keeping the energy high, and the entire staff for their constant support. The goodie bags were adorable and thoughtfully put together with caps, stickers, and more. It was truly a memorable celebration, and I highly recommend this place

I recently celebrated my kid's birthday party at this cafe, and it was an unforgettable experience! The manager, Hui Sin, went above and beyond to ensure that our party was a success. HuiSin greeted us with a warm smile and made sure that everything was in place for our celebration. The food and drinks were delicious, and the kids enjoyed themselves What truly impressed me was Hui Sin attention to detail and her willingness to accommodate our needs. The cafe is just beside kidztopia making it the perfect venue for our party. Hui Sin’s and staff exceptional service and their warm hospitality made us feel welcome I highly recommend this cafe.

Excellent service. Made a dinner reservation weeks in advance to celebrate my child's birthday. It was full house on a Saturday evening yet the serving staff were so patient and helpful, even went out of their way to accommodate our requests. They stored our outside bought cake and unboxed it, arranged and lighted candles, helped take photos and set up dessert forks and plates. Thank you for giving my child a lovely birthday celebration and putting up with their loud excitement and mess. Much appreciated.

Food was mid but we left before we finished our meal because a cockroach was crawling on our seat and headed towards our kid’s meal. When we told the staff, they said sorry and offered to change our table but we just left because why would we dare to eat here anymore? Before that, they gave us a packet of cookies. Just feel like the service recovery is just very poor and food is not nice too. Can only say that Kith cafe is not the same as when they first started.

I’m sorry but really horrible experience. I ordered from the display shelf a croissant for my toddler and now I really hope she wouldn’t get sick !! There was a cockroach roaming their shelf 🤢🤮 you can imagine my horror. Oh my god. Words can’t even. And it’s right next to kidztopia. Where all kids head for a hungry fix. Oh myyyyyyy. A truly disappointing experience….. 🫩

We waited over 80 minutes, and even my child’s kids’ meal never arrived — I had to request a refund. While waiting, I went to the cashier to order a latte separately, and that came out immediately, but the other food still took about an hour to arrive. The service was terrible, with only one staff serving the whole restaurant, and our table wasn’t even cleaned properly. This was honestly the worst restaurant experience. I will never come back and definitely do not recommend. My child ended up falling asleep hungry, and we had to go somewhere else to finally feed her.
