Smigy Playground

The staff were friendly, caring, and full of energy. They made every child feel welcome and safe, always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and patience created a positive atmosphere that parents truly appreciated. It was clear they enjoyed their work and cared deeply about every child’s happiness. The place was bright, colorful, and very clean. It had fun play areas for all ages, encouraging creativity and teamwork. Everything was well-organized and safe, allowing kids to explore freely. The cheerful atmosphere made it perfect for families to relax and have fun together. A truly joyful, family-friendly environment!

The indoor playground is well maintained and our kids enjoy it very much and staff were very friendly and also had locker provided. We left the place and thereafter i notice i dropped my ring and went back to ask, Eunice actually found it during their cleaning and kept it well. I am really glad to find back my ring and thankful to the staff! Now i know how they maintained the cleanliness so well, even a ring can be found during their cleaning process. Thanks Eunice and team!! Will definitely come back!

We hosted our son’s 2nd birthday yesterday. Friendly staffs and spacious area for the kids to run around. Highly recommended for private party

We celebrated our daughter’s 7th birthday party in Smigy. We are very happy that we chose them. They provide you with the flexibility of catering and there are plenty of themes to choose from. We opted for princess theme and the decoration was very close to what we have expected. It was pretty awesome.The playground is very bright and beautiful offering various options of playing (bounce, ball pits, doll station, slides, building blocks etc). The kids in the party were of different age groups but they all had so much fun. Our friends really enjoyed the party as well as the playground. We highly recommend them for the birthday celebrations.

We hosted our daughter's party at Smigy @ United Square, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with patience before the event. They also went above and beyond in decorating the party room—it was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Thank you again, Smigy!

Extremely disappointed with this playground. The staff strictly forbade us from sitting on the bench near the entrance to wait, even when the facility was completely empty. There was no empathy or willingness to accommodate a basic need.What they charge doesn't match the poor service and subpar facilities at all.we will not be returning. We will also not be renewing our membership once it expires.

Extremely disappointed (Smigy- United Square). The staff strictly forbade me from sitting on the bench to wait, even the facility is empty. The way she said "you can go outside and wait." she's very rude. For a place that caters to children and families, I expected better and good customer service. Can't even give us a place to sit while waiting. Will not come back to this outlet anymore and I don't recommend this place to others.

Although the playground was decent, customer service was terrible. Both the staff did not inform that the customer was responsible for time management as any minute that exceeded the time written on the band would be charged minimally an hour ($23). I was there with two kids and only realised when we left that we had exceeded the time by 15mins. The staff insisted that we paid additional $46 before we could leave. The playground had about 10 other children and was was not packed. Both staff could have reminded us of this strict guideline from the start. Very disappointing for a children’s playground.

Horrible experience - avoid! The female staff can be heard shouting “I’m warning you”’to children repeatedly. Cow milking zone is broken, wet and dirty - the milk duct tubes are broken, milk drinking mechanism is spoilt. Overall, rude service, poorly maintained areas despite being newly relocated

AVOID!!! They literally asked my friend to show her baby's birth certificate lol like who does that ... Kidztropic, kidstopia and Impressions all have much much nicer staff and better service (also not to mention cleaner playground) We paid 33 SGD for 2 adults and baby plus 3 SGD more for socks!!!! Coz apparently they dont accept low cut socks ... Information that isn't on their non existent website or fb page. The staff called Eunice(Sunday 1 pm 23 feb lady with pony tail) was very insistent that i purchase their ugly socks .. which like it's a small amount but seems like just a way to get their customers to shell out more money. If it's that important then mention it on your business page or website. Anyway never going there again.
