We had a wonderful experience with our group bowling session at HomeTeamNS SuperBowl! From start to finish, the process was smooth and pleasant. A big thank you to Cornelius for his kind assistance with the booking — he was responsive and patient in answering all my queries promptly, which made the whole arrangement so easy. On the event day, Wilson and the staff was also helpful and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly for our group. My family and I had such a great time — the lanes were well-maintained, the atmosphere was lively, and the staff were friendly throughout. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely consider booking again for future family gatherings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, fuss-free bowling experience! 🎳

Amazing brand new bowling alley! Super spacious and strong air con with comfy seats!!! Love the layout. Staff were ok, balls were really new and lanes may be a little too waxy for now! But overall wonderful place and currently has free parking until 31st August! Pricing was reasonable and toilet was very clean! Highly recommended!!! Located on level 3 and a good proper signage could be outside it for better identification of the place!

Went there today, the staff on duty was really nice. The place is huge and clean, there are pool tables, claw machines and car racing facilities there. There is also a mini store there that sells food and drinks.

Staff was extremely rude (specifically the uncle in the specs), rudest encounter ever. Came in at 5+ but informed us that we only could play from 6pm onwards, aka 6pm rates, after 6pm we told the staff we wanted 3-4 games/pax but was shut down to 2 games/pax. Afterwards while making payment, the uncle last minute informed us that we only had an hour to play our games. Worst encouter here ever !!! 😡😡😡

Place and facilities were alright, but customer service was atrocious. Staff members were rude, impatient, and verbally-abusive. For a business that operates for the purpose of entertainment and leisure, there is absolute failure to deliver an enjoyable experience. For this reason, there is no point coming here. There are plenty of bowling centre options within a 5km radius - there is no need for anyone to sacrifice self-respect and dignity to come here and subject oneself to verbal abuse. Probably instructors in the Home Team academies are more respectful towards NS recruits.

Hope this review come in the attention of the management team. I wish to review about the poor and rude service of Mr Andy. He did not uphold his job title as a Customer Service Officer. Superbowl have always been a great place for family and friends to gather and have fun. But my visit to Khathib Superbowl tonight have been a sad one. I do acknowledge that my chidlren with abundant of energy running around the premises have been a slight disturbance. But Mr Andy should not be shouting at my children to stop running. His handling of the matter showed his unprofessionalism. Being a customer service officer he should be equipped with knowledge in handling many situation. Looking forward for the management team to look into this matter soonest.
