Super easy experience & Great Service! We recently had a party this past weekend and it all turned out great. Dealt with Tristan & Kaleb and they both made this experience super easy and very welcoming. Thank you both! Definitely returning for our next kiddos birthday here.

A great idea plagued by deeply unsafe, nearly invisible supervision by staff. Today I spotted only a single staff person for the entire trampoline area, standing there while kids ran around, played tag, tackle other kids etc. See if you can spot any supervision in the entirety of my photo, at 430 on a Saturday. Nope? Bingo. I did find three staffers chatting by the dodgeball pit, paying zero attention to anything going on. Kids are kids, but the teenage staff’s super hands off approach to safety is something I see on every visit (we’ve been here seven times at least). Fun for kids but there will be tears and you will wonder if anyone is in charge.

Unashamedly nasty! A mediocre and unclean place to jump This place was very dirty. I arrived at 6:20. Immediately, I noticed trash all over the floor and a green puddle of spilled drink nearby. I was really taken aback. I asked a staff was this normal and did they clean up regularly. I did ask nicely. He told me that they clean at the beginning and end of the day and not throughout. I asked another worker about 30 minutes later and she essentially said they aren't trained to clean, they allow whatever trash, spills, dirt, etc. that accumulates throughout the day to stay until cleanup at close. The play areas were worn as unattended to as the rest of the building. I get these places can be cesspool of sorts but Altitude was begging to be one with the lack of attention to cleanliness. I will drive to UrbanAir moving forward. This was my first and last time here.

Beware! We got so sick from this place that we had to visit the ER for severe stomach virus. The whole place is filthy, as in health code violation filthy. The bathrooms had feces smeared on seats, walls and flush handles. No towels or …
