Staff quality is inconsistent, with exceptional service from certain employees but documented issues with party hosting, allergy accommodations, and occasional rudeness. Mt Playmore is Every Kid’s Dream Come True! We recently visited Mt Playmore, and I can confidently say it’s now one of our favorite spots! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we felt welcome. The variety of activities for kids of all ages is impressive! Whether it’s the exciting arcades, the dedicated space for little kids, or the massive playscape structures, there’s something for everyone. My kids absolutely loved climbing through the play structures, and seeing characters like Woody and Buzz was a fun bonus that added to the magical atmosphere. The cotton candy machine was also a huge hit, and the bubble party kept the fun going! The food options are amazing and cater to every taste, which was perfect for our family. They even have options for babies, making it easy to enjoy a meal without any worries. We had no problem finding something for everyone to enjoy. If you’re looking for a place that will keep your kids entertained for hours while offering a safe and fun environment, Mt Playmore is it! We can’t wait to come back. My kids are already asking when we can go again!

We love this place. We came here when it first opened and return every few months. Its come a long way since those first few weeks. But thats why we always come back. Every time we are here something dramatic has changed like a new toddler area, new games, party rooms or a better menu. The owners are constantly investing in this place for upgrades. You can tell its important to the owners to have a quality establishment. And it is! The activities for all kids are first rate. We get the game card for 9 bucks. Its a great deal and keeps my kid very busy. Admission for kids 4 and older is 10 bucks but considering you wont leave for 2 hours, its a decent deal.

I've brought my kids here for several years and I'm happy to report that this place continues to make changes for the better. For starters, while the parking lot seem to really full, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it did not seem crowded inside. Don't get me wrong, there were plenty of people there, but it just didn't feel like there were. In the seven or eight years we've been visiting, they managed to keep the playscape and really great shape. Over the years, they've improved all areas of the facility: seating area at the center of the playscape, the entire dining area is completely different than it was when they opened, and the arcade has even improved. There's no holes in nets or any of the padding on the playscape. Everything seems really secure and the facility cleanliness is maintained very well. The random moment of dry ice bubbles (pictured) was especially fun. My kids had never seen it before and they were super excited about it! I was pleased to see that they added a couple food items for dietary restrictions; mainly gluten-free and dairy-free options for the pizzas. I was glad to see that they also offer things like fruit cups. It's not much but it's a start and for a place like this, It's more than I've seen at other places that I take my children. The arcade was a good place to wind down after everything, and The cotton candy machine was a huge hit! I made it a point to use it when it was time to leave because it helped motivate the kids. Overall, still a great place to visit, especially on a hot summer day.

I love Mt Playmore. But I wanted to share a negative experience. My kid has nut and egg allergies and they don't have allergy friendly food in their food court (or at least the manager never pointed the options out) alongside a VERY strict no outside food policy. I told the manager about our situation and she pretty much said we would have to eat in the parking lot or eat before coming in. She stuttered a bit and my question caught her off guard. That's pretty disappointing, kind of cruel . the only option was to to pay for and reserve a large private room in advanced, which is goofy imo. We always bring a container of food for our little one so they don't feel left out when we go out. I wish they had literally any allergy friendly food that's prepackaged OR at least be accommodating on a case by case basis. I love Mt Playmore, but for birthday parties or if we want to eat as a group, we'll have to take our business elsewhere. If my information is incorrect let me know.

I’m writing to formally express concern regarding the experience my family had during my daughter Chanelle’s birthday party on Saturday, August 23rd, held in Room 2 from 2:50 PM to 4:20 PM. We selected MT Playmore based on your promise of a safe, joyful, and family-centered celebration. According to your published party packages, our reservation included a private party room, a dedicated host, and a reserved table on the main floor for continued use after the party room time concluded. These features led us to believe we would be supported in creating a meaningful experience for our guests. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of that promise. Upon entering the party room, we discovered multiple dead cockroaches.. two of which my husband discreetly removed before guests arrived. A third was seen after we had packed up to move to the outdoor table area for gift opening. This raised serious concerns about sanitation and the overall condition of the facility, especially given your stated commitment to cleanliness through the GermSafe program. When we relocated outside, we temporarily moved two nearby tables to allow our family to sit facing Chanelle as she opened her gifts... a moment we hoped to capture and cherish. The tables were not marked as reserved, and our intention was to return them immediately after use. Within minutes, a kitchen manager approached my child’s grandmother in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. He stood uncomfortably close and began yelling, “You can’t do that! Y’all didn’t pay for those tables!” His tone was loud, confrontational, and entirely uncalled for, especially given the nature of the gathering. His behavior disrupted a sacred family moment and felt intentionally antagonistic. At that same time, your manager Sarah was approaching me to discuss the issue of the roaches. As she did, the kitchen manager walked away smirking. When Sarah attempted to speak with him, he laughed and passed our table grinning....further compounding the disrespect. I spent over $400 that day to create a meaningful experience for my daughter and our loved ones. What should have been a celebration of joy and connection was marred by unsanitary conditions and unprofessional conduct. After reviewing your Safety Policy and FAQs, I noted several contradictions between your stated values and the behavior we encountered: Guest Respect: Your FAQ states that MT Playmore “does not discriminate in any way and will not tolerate any discrimination by its team members or Guests.” The kitchen manager’s aggressive tone and physical proximity to my child’s grandmother were not only unprofessional...they were demeaning and disruptive. Family-Centered Environment: You claim to foster a space for children and families, and prohibit “behavior that frightens or disrupts the enjoyment of our younger guests.” Yet it was your staff member who created the disturbance, not a guest. Table Use and Party Guidelines: Our party package included a reserved table after the party room time. The temporary use of two adjacent tables for gift opening did not violate any stated policy, and your Safety Policy makes no mention of restrictions on temporary table use. The manager’s claim that we “didn’t pay for those tables” appears discretionary and unsupported by your published guidelines. Cleanliness Standards: Your GermSafe program claims to reduce microbial populations by 99.99%. The presence of dead cockroaches in the party room directly contradicts this promise and undermines trust in your sanitation practices.

Had a birthday party of my kids last month. Lovely place. Kids enjoyed a lot. But service was not satisfactory. The server assigned to us was not able to realize the priority items. We have to ask again and again for the priority requirements. She was definitely helpful before the beginning of party. Helped with decoration and setup but when it comes the party time. We ordered fruits, everybody was waiting, it dint arrived by the time we reminded for the fruit tray. They says that last minute changes in package can be entertained but that's not correct. A day before party we called and changed the package from expedition to avalanche. We mentioned to repeat the order of 2 pizzas (1 cheese and 1 veggie) as ordered in expedition to make it 4 pizzas as 2 cheese and 2 veggie. But what we received is 3 cheese and 1 veggie. Our guests even the host did not got a slice of veggie pizza. Have to throw the 1 cheese pizza. We were first time visitor to the place and we're not aware of laser game for kids. We missed it. We did not found it. We assumed that it's the difference between 2 packages, it should be special and somebody gonna tell us and take kids for that activity. Experience was not good with servicing. At least 2 servers are required for meal time in a party. 1 server cannot bring drink and fruit tray and serve pizza to kids as well all together in little cake cutting time. Either guest will face empty jugs of drinks or they will not get pizza on time.
