First time at Kiztopia Prestige and we were really impressed! The environment feels premium, the equipment is new, and the play zones are perfect for toddlers and older kids. The staff are attentive and ensure the children’s safety at all times.. Great place for family bonding! Special thanks to the staff raiin, Mai and the rest of the team for maintaining the place clean and safe!

Kiztopia Prestige offers a premium indoor play experience that's perfect for both kids and parents. The space is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with engaging play zones for various age groups. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring safety while children explore. There are also comfortable seating areas and café options, making it a pleasant visit for adults too. It's a great spot for birthdays or weekend fun, though it can get busy during peak hours. Overall, Kiztopia Prestige delivers an enjoyable, upscale playtime experience that’s worth the visit. Highly recommended for families looking for quality indoor fun!

Absolutely fantastic indoor playground! The place is clean, and you can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining it. Everything feels safe and well-kept, which is so important when you have young kids running around. One of the best things is that it’s never too crowded, so the kids have plenty of space to play without feeling overwhelmed. The play areas are thoughtfully designed, with something for every age group, and there’s even a cozy spot for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their little ones. This has quickly become our go-to spot for fun, and I can’t recommend it enough to other parents looking for a clean, safe, and enjoyable indoor playground.

We visited today as a family of four — two adults and two children (5 and 2 years old). Compared to their other branches, the admission fee here is about 20% higher (S$48 for 2 hours per child). Outside food and drinks are not allowed. There was also an additional S$1 charge for the in-store walk rally activity where kids collect stamps in this indoor playground. Our 5-year-old did it and received an S$8 voucher to use at the toy corner. Since we have two children, we brought two S$4 items to the counter, but we were told the voucher could only be used on a single item priced above S$8. However, they also said we could not use it on the S$8 balloon or the S$10 candy — which made the whole system feel very money-driven and inflexible. I really wish they would be a bit more considerate and customer-friendly instead of focusing only on the monetary rules. That said, the place was clean, and the staff were cheerful and played nicely with the kids.

I leave this review as someone who takes my daughter here nearly everyday for the sake of convenience- this place is SO SO SO dirty. The floors are filthy. There is food particles on so many surfaces. The trampoline part is sticky and hasn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long. How often are the soft toys in the market area washed? I understand with babies and toddlers things dirty fast, but it really feels like things are just never cleaned here. More important there is a sandpit with small wooden pieces that are a MAJOR choking hazard for young babies. These pieces are found lying everywhere even in the areas that are for younger babies. There was a piece lying under the piano for 3 days until I moved it myself. Serious effort needs to be made to improve the safety and cleanliness of this place.

Wow, it seems the definition of Prestige has just been redefined. For $48, you now get access to a few premium perks like massage chairs surrounded by kids running wild, until your own starts begging for coins to play claw machines filled with fairground-style toys. Naturally, nothing’s fun until they win something, so you end up spending even more just to bring home a plastic trinket you’ll toss by Monday. And if, like me, you're a member who enjoys weekend visits with your kid... surprise! Random blackout Saturdays now apply, because someone wealthier decided to book the entire space. Seriously, KT team… get your bears in order.
