For the 2 times that I came here, I always get free stuff. First time my son and I got free mini-cone vanilla ice cream, this time I got $1 discount and free activities sheet 👍🏼👍🏼

We had our birthday celebration here, and everyone, especially the children had a great time with the games and small gifts. We are very thankful to Adeline, Esther, and Munshi for helping make the party so happy.

Terrible experience. I'd ordered my food and waited for 45mins. During the first 20mins, I've asked the staff if our order was prepared. The staff replied with "not yet" and just left me in the dark. Another 25mins have passed and our patience wears thin. The staff was clearly procrastinating and ignored the orders stacked in front of him. I asked the manager instead and complain to him about the service. He was also shocked that we have waited for 45mins. He wasn't aware of my earliest complain made. there were clearly no communication within the team. After we ate our meal, we saw the staff using his phone outside of the store, and not even attending the customers inside, despite that there were many customers still waiting for their food. Given the circumstances that they were manning the drive thru, I understand the delay but this is truly unacceptable.

The drive thru order processing is super slow, no one is attending when stop so ordering waited for 10-15mins, and payment counter waited 15 mins, and collection took another 10 mins. Overall drive thru take 40-45 mins…

Terrible drive-thru wait times. Came here twice and both have very long waiting times. Just park and walk in to buy faster.

I am honestly furious with the service at this outlet. First of all, I asked to change my McSpicy bun to a steamed bun — something I literally did LAST WEEK at the SAME outlet. But today the counter staff confidently tells me, “We haven’t done that for years.” What nonsense is this? If your staff don’t know your own menu options, at least don’t talk as if the customer is stupid. Next, your GrabFood app AND the McDelivery app both show Seaweed Shaker Fries still available. But at the drive-thru, I’m told, “No more already, promotion long finished.” Then WHY is it still in the app? Misleading customers for what? Lazy to update? Or just don’t care? Now the food — honestly the worst part: • Fries came out ICE COLD. Not even warm. Cold like straight from the fridge. • McSpicy wasn’t even spicy, tasted like a random plain chicken. • I ordered TWO burgers and you only gave me ONE miserable packet of chilli sauce. What am I supposed to do? Share one packet between two burgers? How can a big brand like McDonald’s drop to this kind of standard? This experience is a complete embarrassment. Do better — because right now, it’s honestly a joke.
