Room2F - Events & Gallery Space

Fantastic venue, just right for our child's first birthday party for family and friends. Strongly recommended for parents looking to host parties! Location: reasonably central in SG and easy to find with decent signage. Room itself: We hosted 50-60pax very comfortably with ample room to spare for a slightly larger crowd. The venue has a toilet in a curtained-off corner of the room as well which is super convenient for guests. The room has a nice open rectangular layout, true to their advertised cafe feel. Projector and mike were easy to use and the provided tablet and adfree Spotify were useful as well. Activities: Board games were great for adults to self entertain - the giant GameBoy and bishibashi were excellent, as were the tabletop games. Selection of kid's toys (e.g. Duplo) were also awesome and kept our little guests (1-4yo) busy, and their parents very happy. The complimentary crinklecraft was also a hit with the kids and they were more or less hovering around that table occupied the whole time :) Staff: booking was seamless over WhatsApp and communication was responsive and honest (we were told when someone was also eyeing out timeslot). Edgar (staff) was very helpful on event day and provided a great orientation and also very responsive when we needed some last minute help with lighters/matches. Setup was fuss free. Catering: room2F has some tie ups with some caterers for discounts, we went ahead with Four Seasons - food was yummy and well received. Many thanks to the room2F team for making our celebration a stress-free success! The team should be proud for putting together such a lovely space and I can see why this is a popular meeting and gathering space!

I just had my son's birthday event at Room2f over the weekend. My guests were mostly surprised that such an event place existed at Bras Basah Complex! They all love how the space looks, and how convenient the location is. Edgar has been very helpful in guiding us, and assisting us with any queries that we have. He also gave us a list of caterers to check out, and suggestions on where to place the food, ice cream backdrop decor, etc. The event room is spacious, plenty of seating and tables available (can accommodate up to 90 pax seating). There's a toilet available inside the space, a small kitchen, a fridge, board games and retro arcade games. Prices are all stated on their website. so glad to have found this gem of a venue in a central location for my son’s first birthday party! loved the retro vibes and it’s coziness despite being able to fit up to 90 pax.. the games provided were a hit amongst both children and adults! most importantly, it was such a great experience working with Edgar who was so accommodating and helpful throughout all our interactions - thank you so much Edgar! definitely recommending this venue space to everyone. 💯

Hosted a party for my daughter's 88th day celebration at Room2F. I found out about Room2F from a FB group and saw awesome reviews about it. The owners, Edgar and Florence, are friendly and helpful. They are very prompt with replies when we communciated via Whatsapp. The event venue is cosy, inviting and VERY CLEAN! There are games and activities to occupy the young and old. Our guests all had a great time playing on the game sets. What we love is that the event venue has a toilet there so our guests didn't have to leave the venue to use a toilet somewhere else. There is also 2 highchair available for young kids. There is a small kitchenette with amenities like a kettle and fridge for hot and cold beverages. The owners are also very flexible and accommodating. We were allowed to use any caterer of our choice and free to put up decorations (at certain areas). There is a console set to play music for the party. The venue is tugged away at a corner at Bras Basah Complex so it may be slight difficult to locate. But the owners provided us with messages on how to get there and we forwarded it to our guests. All in all, Room2F is a wonderful and fuss-free place for parties and gatherings and I highly recommend it.

Room2F was really such a nice space to host my organisation's alumni engagement session and we loved how cosy it was! Some of our participants were playing the retro games after the official programme ended! 😆 I think how the tables and chairs were set up also contributed to the semi-informal vibe that we had wanted this event to be and everything hit the spot~ I think we had around 70 pax in the space tonight. Was a little echoey for a discussion but I think it's still ok! Plus points for whiteboards, background music, even things like markers/pens and the onsite tech help before the event were a really sweet touch to the overall experience. Team was also so responsive over WhatsApp, checking in on layout and stuff I really had nothing much to worry about! Will definitely consider Room2F for other events that we have in the future!
