My daughter had her party here and the process was very easy. The hostess was very helpful and stood by to make sure we had everything we needed. The kids had a great time and the birthday song was outstanding. We would recommend this location to anyone.

I don't remember as kid Chuck E. playing with the kids. This place is amazing, Chuck E. actually came out and played a game of air hockey!!! Wow the service was awesome and the staff were top notch! Made the kids first trip the best ever!!!!! Great job guys and keep up the good work!

The staff was on top of their game. All were very attentive. No machines were out of tickets. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. My son loved that he got a free candy just for returning the empty token card. It was all around a huge hit for a fun lunch.

This place doesn't deserve a star. We went for the first time and the service is terrible. We ordered a pizza and some chicken tenders. When I saw that our food hadn't arrived, I went over to ask what was wrong, and my food was cold and burnt. I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza and they only gave me pepperoni. My son's tenders were completely burnt. I spoke to someone on the staff, but their lack of interest in solving the problem is appalling. Not even the manager did anything. She was the one who took our order, saying that I didn't order my pizza with bacon. She didn't come over to tell us what happened to our food. We paid for 45 minutes of playtime, but we didn't use them because of the terrible service.

We brought my niece here for her birthday. We purchased a package they had for 6 which was about $100. This included 6 unlimited game cards for 2 hrs, a spot in the birthday tables,1 chance in the ticket blaster, 1000 tickets for the birthday kid, and plates/cups for 6. No food or drink was included. We ordered one large pizza and one cheesy bread for about $35. Our pizza came out incorrectly so they made it again but it came out burnt. They have a new jungle gym type thing there but it's an additional $17 per kid. There is someone standing guard and ready to charge. The place was packed but just seemed so unkept. The trash was overflowing, there was water all over the floors. The drink station had water all over, the salad bar was leaking water all over the floor. Not a few drops, heavily soiled floors. For all this money you're getting charged you'd think things would be cleaner. Under whelmed and not wanting to go back. Ever.

The place is really nice just the workers don't do what they have to do and leave all the trash on the tables ( I know parents have to pick it up) but there was a trash can upside down, it passed an hour and they did not put it correctly for us to take the trash, I put it upside up and put my trash, these people put it again upside down and started laughing, I demanded to talk with the manager who irresponsible told me there was another trash can, which was full. I told the manger that all her workers are just laughing and doing nothing, I honestly told her lazy people, she answered me back, “ I was the lazy one”, really people: 1. You are doing anything, 2. You have workers laughing and procrastinating. 3. There are a lot of dirty tables 4. When someone put the trash can correctly you started laughing and put it upside down, which I considered extremely rude. 4. These generations are lazy 5.I was thinking to do a birthday here because the games are nice but with these lazy teenagers who wants that. 6. I do not doubt these employees are always anxious or depressed since they do not care about anything in life. Concerning to think someday these people will be the next generation in this country. Extremely concerning!!! I will reach the main office about this.
