Booked the birthday party package for my 6 year old child and his friends, and all of them had a great time! The staff were friendly and helpful, great with the kids too! …

It was a wonderful experience! Thank you Steve! My son was sick prior to entering, and Steve was observant to note that my son was not feeling well and offered to replace my booking for another timeslot! I was really touched, and I cannot express how much Airzone takes into account on how each customer's experience is fulfilled. I would highly recommend everyone to bring your kids here to try out! Even adults, do spend some time to enjoy with your kids. Thank You Steve once again.

This play concept is incredible!!! The team of staff is even incredible!!! My son hurt himself while playing at Airzone. I never expected the staff would bring up such "common" incident to their boss, Steve. Never did I expect Steve would personally call and check on my son's injury every few other days. When Steve knew my son has fully recovered, he offered my son a complimentary play to congratulate and welcome him! Initially I was skeptical on the safety features of the play e.g. how strong are the nets? How do/fast the players, especially the children evacuate when there is a fire in the mall? I learnt from Steve how much thoughts, especially the safety features are thought through and tested in designing the play concept! Well done Steve and kudos to your team.

The miscommunication from this outlet has caused a last minute gap in our plans and immense disappointment in our child, who has been looking forward to playing on the nets for a year now, and will now be unable to do so on her own birthday. We took the time to personally check in with this outlet and ask if we would be able to obtain a play session today and were told that there were vacancies and we did not have to book a slot in advance, but once we got here today, we were met with zero vacancies as a party had already booked today’s play slot.

Playground looks cool, but staff who works on the cashier. Not competent, could not explain that we need to buy a ticket in advance for the next session, in the end came early, went to lunch with the child, came back and did not let us in, saying that all the tickets were bought. As a result, we spent half a day to get to the site, waited for our session and left with nothing, the mood was ruined, the child was very upset. Staff Please, if you know that you have a pick hour on the weekend, instruct customers to buy tickets in advance

Absolutely stellar service if your goal is to waste time and test your patience. My child has worn the exact same pair of shoes here five times with zero issues. But suddenly, today, there’s a magical new policy, her shoes aren’t allowed because of jibbitz. Yes, apparently decorative charms are now a national safety hazard. Of course, this policy was only revealed after we paid for the tickets. Fantastic timing. The staff then gave me two brilliant options: either buy their socks and rent their shoes, or spend 10–15 minutes furiously digging out the well-fitted jibbitz like it’s an escape room challenge. Spoiler alert: even the staff struggled with them. If consistency and common sense aren’t part of the training manual, at least a heads-up before payment would’ve been nice. But hey, who doesn’t love a last-minute surprise rule to spice up a kid’s day out?

Didn't update prices online. We went on 9/9/2025, the price of 3 pax were $72 but instead we paid $94 for 3 pax when we booked online. Requested at the counter for a refund but not allowed. Kind of being cheated. DO NOT BUY TICKET ONLINE! AND ALSO QUEUE TO ENTER FOR 10 MINS AND PLAY ONLY 50 MINS !!!

I told the staff at the reception that my child was 5 years old, but they misunderstood and assumed he was 4. As a result, I was charged for an extra adult ticket. After the payment, when I pointed out that my child is already 5, they …
