Signed up for the starter pack ($55) and just did the onboarding session! The starter pack is 2 weeks of unlimited session and it includes rental shoes too! Our instructor Sophia is really nice and warm. She taught us very well and what to look out for. The location is also quite big!

Huge space, with a great variety and routes and a comp wall. Different route styles available for climbers as well! They have a work space, seating across the gym, and a warm up area with hang boards. They also sell a variety of merchandise, including brands like isaac thread, mont hood, climbing shoes and BP products. Their facilities include lockers, toilets and changing rooms, and water coolers among others. Location might be a bit ulu for some, so cater travelling time!

Super nice gym with nice people!! Tried the starter pack for $50, such great value!! Zeem was a very good instructor who paid attention to how we climbed and gave us tips on how to improve! Definitely recommended for anyone starting out their climb journey! (Featuring Zeem hard at work after class!)

Why can’t waiting customer wait inside the gym? There’s table and chairs without anyone sitting and the gym is not crowded at all. So why can’t the gym be more flexible about “paying customer allowed in the gym only” policy? I mean you want people to have a good time at the gym, when we have friends or family members waiting before we end the session, can’t they wait inside the gym? Utterly disappointing. I was served by Sheryl and she only allowed my wife in if I pay for an additional climbing entry fee. Never signing up for another subscription here and strongly do not recommend anyone to. Been to so many climbing gyms, first time coming across such policy of not letting visitor in. If crowded then it’s understandable but take a look at the photos, this was taken at 7pm on a Friday evening fyi. Next time please be transparent with ur visitor policy and stick a STRICTLY NO VISITORS sticker so customers won’t be cheated to buy a membership here!
