Absolutely love this Dominos outlet ❤️ Not only do their pizzas taste phenomenal, the onion rings and Lava Cakes are out of this world. Amazing food every single time. They also took the effort to follow my special request of not having icing sugar on my Lava Cakes. 🙏 Dominos Greenridge always provides the best delivery experiences. Delivery personnel was on-time, courteous and professional. Really appreciate them taking the time to double check ordered items. 10/10 will order again 👍

Nice, cool place. Love the decor - looks just like one of those American pizza places I would see in films or read in books. Spacious and brightly lit at the basement of Greenridge. There's also an area for you to stand at so you can peep at the chef as they prepare your pizza freshly in front of you! Pizza was efficient too, got my order in less than 15 minutes? And, dominos never fail. Strongly recommend anyone who likes cheese or mayo to try out CLASSIFIED CHICKEN. Best! Flavour! Ever! I could never get sick of it.

Staff (Irfan) is friendly and patient. There was an unreasonable customer yet he handled the customer professionally. The branch is well renovated as well as clean.

I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience, which reflects a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I placed my order on 11 January 2026 at around 7pm. The food only arrive at 9pm, a delay of more than 2 HOURS with absolutely no update, no explanation, and no effort to inform the customer. This is not a one off incident. I have ordered twice and faced the same rubbish service both times, clearly indicating a recurring and systemic problem at this outlet. What makes this even more unacceptable is that the food is not cheap, yet the order is so ridiculously long it feels as though the food is being delivered from Neighbouring Country instead of within Bukit Panjang. Charging premium prices while delivering this level of service is simply unjustifiable. To make matters worse, I experienced the same issue reported by another complainant in the past. On a previous occasion, I personally went down to the outlet only to be told that the rider was “on the way”. I also attempted to call the outlet countless times on both occasions, only to encounter a constantly engaged phone line. This does not appear accidental and strongly suggests that calls were being deliberately ignored while the outlet failed to manage its orders. Completely cutting off communication during a service failure is unacceptable. And please do not insult customers with generic auto replies about “appreciating feedback” and “apologising for inconvenience.” It is obvious that no one genuinely follows up or takes responsibility. Copy and paste responses do nothing to address repeated service failures. This entire experience highlights severe incompetence, poor operational control, and a blatant disregard for customers time. Domino's need to urgently review the management and service standards of this outlet, as this level of service is simply unacceptable for a delivery based business.

Such a poor delivery time with 2 hours of delay. With no updates of delivery status and kept customer hanging and waiting. Poor customer management. I even paid grabcar to go to your store to check because your status just indicate in kitchen but then I have to return back because your rider was on the way. Your kitchen didnt bother to pick up call. Very disappointing and extremely bad delivery of service!!!

What an absolute joke! I ordered from Domino’s Greenridge, and it was hands down the worst experience ever. Delivery took an eternity, and when the food finally arrived, it was ice cold. To make things worse, the staff were completely irresponsible, unprofessional, and absolutely useless—no updates, no apologies, just pure incompetence. And don’t even try to call this a “one-time mistake.” Just look at the countless complaints about the same damn issues—slow delivery, cold food, and careless staff—yet nothing has changed. Clearly, management does not care at all. If Domino’s Greenridge thinks they can get away with treating customers like this, think again. If nothing is done to fix this garbage service, I’ll make sure this place goes viral for all the wrong reasons. Let’s see if management finally decides to do their job or if they’ll just continue ignoring complaints like they always do.
