Exceptional customer service at Laser Quest Bukit Batok. We had a mix-up with our booking dates, but the team was incredibly kind and accommodating. They helped us reschedule for a new time that worked for our large group of 20. We were able to play together and had an absolute blast. The staff's flexibility and willingness to help saved our plans and made our experience truly enjoyable. The laser tag arena itself was also well-maintained and fun. super fun! the game masters were well trained and delivered instructions very clearly. The space is big and 75% dark which made the game very exciting. They have faux walls which increased the difficulty as u never know who’s at the next turn. Overall good experience!

Found this amazing laser tag by accident - was looking for some activity for my son's birthday. The game and equipment is really awesome, overall decorarion is new. 6 dollar for 10 min game which is totally worth it. Strongly recommended and will definitely go back.

Terribly organized. We booked a time slot days in advance for kids to play, arrived 15 minutes prior to the start as required, however upon arrival had to wait for another 40 minutes before kids could start!! Not enough staff to manage the crowd. Poor internal communication and trying to put the blame on a client for the delays.

Terrible experience, coming for SCDF cohesion, the equipment got issue, it show Help rear comm on the screen. whole game unable to shoot, keep looking for staff for reset, after 5 times reset, change to another set of vest and time up. Imaging if u paid for the game？
